State of the art facility. Clean, efficient. Friendly staff.

I come here to see my PCP which has been quite often recently and I have never ever had a bad or poor experience. The wait time is extremely short, I love my doctor, he’s incredible, and all the nurses are always extremely polite and sweet.

Well, my primary care doctor is there, and I must admit that NYU doctors, and their facilities are second to none in my opinion and in my experience so far.

I was glad to see a place open-up near where I live. I saw Dr. Susie Kim Lee had good reviews from a prior closed location and I signed up for an annual physical. Since then I've had nothing but apathy combined with poor communication.

I contacted them through the portal about getting a traveller's diarrhea prescription before my upcoming trip to Africa. In 5 days they couldn't coordinate that, I ended up leaving for the trip without it.

I recently reached out through the portal asking for a referral that another dr.recommended (I did need a referral for the dermatologist and allergist). My inquiry turned into a conversation and I guess she didn't feel like having a conversation with me? She blocked my responses to her messages! I don't know why a doctor would block someone that's having an allergic reaction. Additionally, she did not create both referrals. I had to start another message to her asking her again to send the 2nd referral!

I was treated as a sick corona patient. They went crazy cause my son has a cold. I agree to mark him but they kept him and I separated for 30 mins to find out u can hear the staff and doctor not wanting to see me. I live in lower east side I stay home due to disability never come out unless a doc appt. This woman treated us so poorly and unprofessional. I'm so sad and disappointed. After i spoke my mind and explain my son dont have that if he did he be locked down in a hospital. Etc and secondly if u as a doc or staff did. NOT WANT TO SEE ME. BE PRO AND SAY SORRY WE CANT SEE U INSTEAD OF MAKING WAIT SOO LONG AFTER I HAD SUEGERY. ETC. SO SAD THE PEOPLE I TRUSTED AND THOUGHT WAS SO PRO ABOUT THIS SITUATION WOULD HANDLE IT DIFF.

I have had two surgeries done here and I cannot emphasize how awesome everyone there has treated me. It was the best experience. They are all so caring. The admins, the nurses, the anesthesiologists, surgeons and the OR techs.
