JOANN Fabrics and Crafts, Westbury NY

The sales were unlike any craft store i have been to. Plus the staff were super friendly. They also have a bathroom available

Mainly go there for fabric only, the rest of their stuff is overpriced, no air conditioner and they charge you 25 cents just to use their cart. I end up only going there fabric alone which has a nice selection and carrying the bolts myself. Everything else is overpriced, use coupons.

Needed a piece of foam, while on line I joined their club they posted that I would get a 25% additional discount but when I got to the cashier she told me that I couldn't use the discount because it's a sale item, but it says on the 25% that I could but she insisted and I settled for the $5 discount. Train your employees a little better in your rules and how to read a coupon, I think your customers will be happier

Manager at this location was that to help and explain. The Manager added a personal touch. I will tell friends and revisit this location.

Got everything I need at a reasonable price. The cashier gave me slight discount. Presently surprise and thankful.

I wanted to purchase wool but it don't have variety in colors. Cant found mix n match colors in one type of wool in same brand.

I wish their was a bigger selection of yarn. A lot of the shelves were empty and the shelves looked sloppy. Sorry

Very unprofessional. Don’t get me wrong, they’re nice but did not help me at all. Went in to get an item that the website said there were 3 in stock. I get there and I’m told they’re on hold for other customers. Of course I’m not pleased because I’m here ready to pay for it now. They said they will order me one, I wait for a while as they try to figure it out but they just couldn’t. I drove all the way there for nothing.

Plenty of products to select from with crafts. What's a little imagination you can create some wonderful akcent Stay home

Always a nice place to get DIY items or if you are restoring an item. Very arts and crafts store but very understaffed.

If you need something basic, Joann is a great place to shop. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The store is a huge mess. Half the shelves are totally empty. The stuff that is in stock is not neatly organized, it's all over the place. I asked a lady a question about Crypton fabric, she looked at me like I'm from another planet - how can you work in a fabric store and not know what Crypton fabric is? Plus, she was quite rude - and was not helpful in helping me find the fabric that they do carry. Also, the crappy fabrics that they do carry are overpriced.

Usually Joann Fabrics are fantastic, I've been to many. This one has be completely disorganized and a mess on several occasions that's I've gone. The bathroom was disgusting. If they cleaned up, it would be a much nicer experience. The fabric selection is good but not as much as other Joann's in the area.

Great Store, Incredibly Rude Staff

Seriously, I went to this store to purchase fabric for an apron project and the key holder was incredibly rude to me. I was only asking for fabric suggestions and she treated me like an idiot. She yelled at me, she was sarcastic with me, and she was frustrated the entire time. So I'm totally not going back until she's gone.

Excellent place for all kinds of crafts. Offer classes for adults and children. If you need it they have it.

Love it. I'm an arts and craft person and this store has a variety of material and other things to suit the need and desire of any crafter.

This store has a great assortment of buttons. More importantly Joann's is one of the few places left where you can buy fabrics. They are usually well stocked except end-of-season/clearance sales, that inventory dissappears fast. Staff is knowledgeable but not so friendly. If you're shopping for craft & sewing needs, Joann's in the place to go.

The store is centrally located and full of traditional crafting items. I came to pick out sewing patterns, however the patterns were not available for purchase. Service was friendly.
