1I went to Alessandra for a facial yesterday in New York. I have had acne since I was a teenager and recently it came back and was making me feel insecure. Confused and upset about what to do, I went in there hoping for answers. Immediately, she was the kindest and most reassuring facialist I’ve ever been to. She gave me an amazing facial and explained everything she was doing and the benefits of each step. She told me she too had suffered from acne and wanted to help me. She gave me a routine and products and even after only 1 day, I am seeing a significant difference. For the first time in a while, I truly feel like my skin is headed in a great direction and I can fix my skin thanks to her.
