Such an awesome place to get furniture from. The store manager even took the time to accept pictures of my living room on his personal phone to help me decide if the product would be a good fit for us. From initially calling to say I’m interested in a couch to having it delivered. The entire experience was incredible! The delivery was a very very nice white glove delivery as the website mentions. My wife was alone at home and they opened the furniture, brought it in, and went as far as to remove and replace our front door because the furniture wouldn’t fit with the door attached. They even set the 3 piece sectional couch up for us. Thank you so so so much for the experience! Would strongly recommend them over any other company. Easy to do business with!

Shopping experience was great. Didn't feel pressured yet the sales associate was available to answer questions as needed. Very pleasant.

We just purchased a swivel rocker from Tehan's and as per usual there was something wrong with it! They were supposed to come Monday to replace a missing spring that they removed to put on the swivel base but NEVER even called! Now, I find out it is a bent metal piece NOT a missing spring! So they will AGAIN have to figure out what they will do to fix our chair problem! IT WILL BE A BRAND NEW ONE OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK! NO MORE EXCUSES!
We have also bought two bed sets from them and the first bed's headboard cracked straight through the screw hole and broke! They were cheap beds either! The headboard on this much heavier and supposedly better frame is swaying back n forth and front to back amost if not an inch!
They did nothing with the first bed and they are not going to do anything to fix this one! Their stock is garbage!
I would give them a zero rating if I could!

I had a great experience with my recent furniture purchase. Brandy greeted me as I entered, and explained exactly where the items I was looking for were located. She then let me look, and try without feeling like she was hovering.
Once I came to the end of the choices she appeared again to ask if I had any questions. She answered my questions with ease and never did I feel rushed. She gave me her card when I decided I needed to look some more.
I came back the next day but had limited time. Just enough to take the time to really try my couple of final choices.
When I came back on day 3, Brandy was right there to answer my final questions, help me find a coffee table, and get me set up with financing. The financing team was professional and helpful when I had questions.
I highly recommend this experience. Freedom to shop, knowledge of products and attentive but not aggressive selling. Keep it up!
