We ordered takeaway sandwiches here, it turned out to be quite tasty, the staff were pleasant.

The woman working on Thursday nights needs to be retrained. She is serving burnt lattes. The man working with her could care less, he just wanted to finish cleaning to get the heck out of there.

Incompetent and slow staff. Mediocre and expensive coffee. Do not pay with cash, they don't have change in the register. I should have just gone to Starbucks or, better yet, made instant coffee.

Asked for oat milk, received cows milk. The juices have an artificial sweetening taste. Staff were clueless and unhelpful. One person was complaining their açai bowl was frozen (literally ice), staff didn’t offer to replace it, they informed him that’s just normal. So disappointed.

The app customer support is good but staff at this particular location is rude and unprofessional

I ordered online with a pick up time for 1: 30pm. I went to pick up my order but it wasn’t ready. They said they will make the sandwich, “just give us few mins”. But I waited there another 15mins just for them to remake my sandwich. My launch was over by the time I got my order.

Ordered a ‘power shake’ which, according to the menu, had strawberries and banana in it. However, the main ingredient was ice with just enough strawberries to make the drink pink. The banana was non existent. The only thing I could taste was my disappointment. I do admire they have the audacity to charge $10 for it though.

This is the third week where I got turned down to be able to order coffee because apparently the coffee machine is down. I was recommended to buy a cold brew in a can which to me is not the real deal. The staff is not that friendly.

Is this place a scam? Last time I went no coffee lids. Than not a particular bean they have on the menu and now today no cards cash only. I need to go in one time and just have a normal order.

Drinks were good but this place was cold af. I went there twice in last one week and both the times I'm pretty sure temperature was 60F or less. I sat there for 25min or so and my hands almost went numb. I don't recommend this place if you want sit and chill with a drink or a friend

Terrible service. They charge you for something they don’t have at the store and then it becomes your job to get a refund. In my case it took 3 days and multiple messages to their client support. Good and drinks are not impressive either

It is kinda sad being a customer to the Joe and the Juice company for so long and on my first time to this particular store having the girl deny making the americanos (3) I ordered on the big (pink) and making them on the yellow cup instead while the only thing she was going to do would be add more water! That’s what I have been getting for years!
Music was either garbage or no music at all and the place was freezing cold. Won’t be coming back.

I like the atmosphere here. If I have to compare the juice with other juice places, this is not the best one but if you are looking for spot to have coffee and juice together, this is the right place to go.

4 stars. We were in search of something healthy after over indulging in all New York has to offer. Fresh avocado pesto toast. The acai bowl was a little running but toppings were fresh and tasted great. A very chill ambience for a Sunday morning given we were overstimulated form all the shows, concerts, museums, etc.and New York in general. We moved away from chaos but fun to get in the thick of it now and then. Coffee was good.

This place is very nice for getting a quick sip. They have smoothies and juices and much more. They also have a variety of pastries that are very good. The staff is very nice. The locations are really cute and the insides are nicely designed. I would highly recommend this place for a quick stop.
