JOE & THE JUICE, New York NY

Seemed like a lackluster experience compared to the other Joe & the Juice locations I’ve been to. The tunacado was made fresh but the bread was chewy and freezing cold. Most of the time it comes out pretty toasty and the perfect amount of crunch. Service was a bit laggy and impersonal/snappy.

Juice was good… but it took 45 mins and a couple reminders to get it. Not to quick breakfast I was hoping for!

So I just wanted say I go here daily for lunch but everytime I come it always very dirty. This was the last place I’ve been after seeing like 4 people who looked sick and now I am. I have complained to the manager (guy) with black and yellow hair seem to be upset that said something. It’s very small hot area. No action have been done. It’s always crackhead, random eating NOT EATING JOES FOOD, people sleeping coughing all over place very nasty and I have a problem with gems. They don’t wipe down the tables after people. I was told there was time schedule for cleaning the manager said, never heard of it if spending my money. But other then that tuna sandwich wasn’t toasted well and alil cold and the drink was perfect.

So I recently went into joe the juice because I work in the area and twice I went in the staff is unfriendly and always looks upset with attitudes and this last time I asked for a spicy tuna and they burnt the flat toast in which they tried to serve it too me broken up as well and after waiting for over 20 mins for it I said I will not eat this. I wanted a refund but I will definitely not be back there especially with everyone’s attitude and how they handle your food!

I went at 2: 00 PM Sunday February 19, and we stood in front of the register for 10 minutes before any of the 3 people working even acknowledged us. One was doing the dishes, one was playing on his phone, and the other was slowly assembling two sandwiches. After all this waiting, one slowly approached the register to take our order and just silently glared at us. Absolutely 0 customer focus, 8 out or the 10 customers in line left out of frustration.

Walk in and all the workers are facing the back wall cleaning dishes or other tasks. There was a line starting to form out the door and they refused to acknowledge any of us for maybe 10 minutes. People started leaving and they didn’t even notice. No idea what is going on here but that is unacceptable for any business.

Ordered the viral tunacado sandwich and a green juice. I was looking forward to it because it was going to be my only proper meal that day. Fast forward a couple of hours I was diagnosed with food poisoning and felt terrible for a solid 48h. I‘m never coming back

Great spicy tuna flatbread sandwich. Great coffee. I think the music is a bit loud and aggressive for this specific location.

The dining area was well spaced and clean. The staff was courteous, fast, and professional. I'm glad to see they have a location nearby.

Horrible service. Wait time is too long. I spent my whole lunch break ordering and waiting.

Ordered a smoothie. Came out chunky. Asked them to put it back in. They did so but threw away the old cup. It had a lot of smoothie in it still. The new smoothie only filled the cup 3/4 of the way. They added milk.

Ordered a green juice. They use a blender for it so they use so few veggies and mostly ice. Ridiculous and for $14! Not pure green juice. Go somewhere else. Like 7 pieces of spinach in the whole juice. Kind of mind blowing

Avoid. This place is slow and dirty. The lack of customer service here is appalling as well. The employees here are embarrassingly incompetent. They got my order wrong several times in a row.

Decent drinks. Had electrical outlets but wifi was out A/C isn't as chilly as you'd hope on a hot summer day

Great service and those raspberry and passion fruit squares are really really good. Went two days in a road to get it. They are $6 each for that size so it may be much. The taste was really good and went really well with a cup of tea.

They are soft and almost cheese cake like. Just the right amount of sweetness.

I didn't take good pic of the mocha and chai latte. They were both good.
Service was cordial and quick.

Insanely overpriced. $6.30 for a medium cold-brew with almond milk and a goofy looking snow-cone lid that doesn't stay on. It was very weak brew too. I'll never step foot in one of these places ever again.

I work nearby and sometimes used to eat vegan avó sandwich and take juices. But today I saw unfamiliar with the menu specialist/cook/cashier. He did not know vegan word and was not sure which is herb tonic. Later another girl came to help, i waited longer than usual and got wrong sandwich. It was full of cheese. I am not gonna come back to change it, cause I walked enough. Very poor control in this location.

These female staff members, unlike the male staff members, NEVER give warm greetings, They just stare at you with dull faces. Whenever the internet suddenly goes out, they don’t bother to fix it. That’s the LAST time I ever eat there.
