Beyond Rude manner - made my sandwhich like garbage. Waiting for my sandwhich i ordered on app by dropoff area and asked me insulting rude question 2x by two workers

Im waiting on my sandwhich duh! Sandwhich made me ill. Couldnt even eat whole sandwhich. The worst rude behavior ive ever encountered at Spring Street location.

Can i give it a negative star?

Ordered a Tunacado and almost choked because there was a AVOCADO STICKER in my sandwich? Ridiculous. Sandwich was rushed. Good thing I chewed slowly or else I would of actually choked on my food. Never coming back again. Poor quality and service.

A lot of people work here but they just stand there and do nothing. Updated 7/22 Super slow service. Ordered a large avoshake and it took more than 15 minutes that I had to leave for a meeting before receiving my drink.

Got the blue smoothie. It was WARM and tasted like cardboard. Next time I’ll just blend my own Amazon boxes at home. I don’t understand the hype.

Ok coffee VERY EXPENSIVE.have at least the toilets repaired so the customers that pay for such expensive coffees can urinate and may be wash their hands?

Horrible matcha latte.asked to add some syrup and the worker will throw the drink at you. ^^

Also, please show the customers respect and serve them their orders made as they are supposed to and as requested by the customers.

Currently a mad house with abusive employees bilking customers by messing up their drinks. Let's see if we can get it to where the music doesn't hurt customer's ears and the food and drinks are served correctly.

Supposed to be cool. Music is at unbearably high volume, impossible to talk or to understand the staff. My juice was much like a thick smoothie, didn’t taste good at all. Staff impatient and tired

Customer service here sucks! I came to pick up my order and was rudely asked for my order number which has never happened to me before while I watched numerous people pick up their orders with no questions. The food here taste awful and is very sloppy and missing the main ingredients.

Staff is nice, I used to sit in here a few years back just to hang on my computer so it’s nice to know nothing has changed; except how packed they can get. I placed a mobile order that I showed up for 15 mins after and it wasn’t there for pick up so the guy in front was more than happy to whip up my shake quickly! Pricey but worth it because my tummy is always happy here

I spend all my money here. Help

Very good concept, but quality control is a problem. Had not fresh greens in my bowl, and was not one time. Will not visit this place anymore. And personel sometimes just forgets your order, it happens also not once.

Horrible experience ordering through the app. My order was more than 20 minutes late. My spicy tuna sandwich was a mess and the Chai Latte was cold. When I tried to speak to the staff they apologized and told me that I would have to take it up with Customer Service via the app. This Spring Street location doesn't provide the service and consistency available at the World Trade Center. Very upset.

A must try if in NYC! Delicious sandwiches and fresh pressed juices, what more can you ask for! A little pricey so I wouldn't visit regularly but if you're visiting or just looking to treat yourself I would definitely recommend.

A fun comfortable youthful vibe with good java. I ducked in our of the rain and enjoyed a quick cup of the regular drip coffee with oat milk. Atmosphere ranked high but I must say the coffee was a bit bitter but still good.

Tunacado is good, I’d recommend asking for extra tuna. Prince of green was sadly just strong cucumber and lemon juice:/

If you’re looking for a quiet coffee shop.keep looking. This place is lively and upbeat. Baristas are all very sweet. Great spot for intimate conversation - noone will over hear you.

Every time I order a matcha here it is like warm. Today, I pre ordered and not only was it cold it was basically half full.

Really really LOUD. It's a coffee shop to catch up with friends but I felt like I'm at the club! There's a nice beat, but I really will prefer to sip on hot beverages in a slightly quieter place. Very friendly staff and a lot of beverage choices!
