Building common spaces are always immaculate, staff extremely responsive. Great place to live. Location amazingly convenient
The property management is horrible. I've lived in the building for over ten years and the lack of service is continually disappointing.
Great place to live. The staff is amazing, and always there to help you with whatever you need. The amenities are incredible, but I don’t have to tell you that you can check them out yourself.
Disappointed with the quality and services of this condo. My boyfriend used to live their. The apartments are extremely dark. After hurricane Sandy never was the same. The building was almost totally destroyed. If you think to buy there, skip it or pay below asking price, because this condo is located in a inundation zone.
