I had routine maintenance performed on my furnace. I always request Todd. As usual he was friendly, on time, and thorough. Zak joined him on this call. I mentioned I occasionally detect a gas smell. Todd and Zak were able to detect a small gas leak and repaired it quickly.

Shopped and received 3 quotes, but the knowledge of Steven Betlem and the quality and $$ of the carrier product was the deciding factor, Purchased all top of the line equipment, installation techs clean, neat, and worked on a cold winters day to complete job. Brett came out to our home and cleaned our heat pump and checked our furnace. He did an excellent job; he was on time, organized, and very neat. We used Betlem last year and were very satisfied.we will definitely use them again.

Phone rep was great. Weekend emergency service fee was excessive. Charging over $250 for a $60 part that took all of 10 mins beginning to end to install is unconscionable. Will never call them again.

John Betlem Heating & Cooling has installed a heating and AC system several years ago and have been providing maintenance since. They have always been prompt and courteous, arriving in a timely fashion for all service calls. Additionally, as a hearing impaired customer, their office and technicians communicate willingly via email and text message which is a big help to me. I highly recommend them!

We had an excellent experience having John Betlem personnel do our yearly service on our heat pump and furnace. Kyle was our service technician.he was prompt, courteous, and professional. We appreciated the excellent service and will utilize John Betlem again for our service or emergency needs.

John Betlem has maintained our heating system since the house was built in 2003. Their service has been outstanding and I appreciate the log record that is maintained on the furnace itself so I and they know what service has been performed and when. Their technicians are always courteous and professional and don't seem to mind my hoovering over them asking dumb questions. I recommend them highly.
NOTE: Do not confuse this company with Betlem Residential who serve the same area.

Paul was an outstanding worker who went above and beyond what was usually done. I was glad to see him return for a second visit. He was so thorough, even to the point of of finding where the water supply to the outside of the house was. He wanted to spray off the air conditioner, I was very impressed with his work ethic. He was kind, caring, and responsible. Paul is a great asset to John Betlem. His hard work and willingness to help was greatly appreciated. Thank you Paul for providing such great service.

Todd has been the technician that most often comes to our house for general maintenance or problems that have arisen. He is always down to earth, informative and courteous!

Our AC went out on one of the hottest weekends of the summer and we had out of town guests coming in. I searched the internet and found that John Betlem had service 24 hours a day. I called the service number and the service rep tried to troubleshoot with me just in case we could fix it ourselves. We couldn't. About 1.5 hours later David showed up. He pulled in after already working his normal shift because he said with it being so hot he couldn't leave people without AC. Already super impressed with him. He checked over everything and discovered that our newly installed (not by them) thermostat was installed incorrectly. He re-wired everything and did some maintenance on the unit. He worked so hard in the heat and late into the night to make sure we had AC. He was extremely professional as well as knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased with this company and their service. We will definitely use them for any of our heating and cooling needs.

Temperatures approaching 100 outside and the AC goes down on a weekend. Called several other companies to be told we had to wait a few days! Glad we called John Betlem. Mike from John Betlem was there within a few hours. Outstanding response. Mike was courteous and professional and had no issues resolving the problem promptly at a fair price. We are very appreciative and are changing our go-to H&C Co.to John Betlem.

Recently I had a small emergency in my house with a leaking hot water heater. Soon after calling John Betlem Heating & Cooling they had me on the schedule for later that same day. Paul came to my home, assessed the situation and within 2 hours a new unit was installed. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to work with these professionals in the future. On both occasions when I contacted the office, they showed great care and concern for the situation I was in. On both occasions, the technicians came out the same day and resolved my problems. The technicians arrived on time and were polite, pleasant and neat. I am very happy with the company and will be a long time customer.
