Totally messed up my policies and couldn’t fix it after I alerted him. I sent him my defensive driver certificates, and he didn’t get me my discounts. He spelled my wife’s last name wrong, sent a policy document to my mortgage company with the wrong home address being insured, and seems to just not care enough about retaining clients. Total train wreck of an agency. He couldn’t even provide a simple payment receipt upon request. He also charged my credit card and it is credited to the wrong home owners policy.
