John Burns Realty, Binghamton NY

It's been a very long time since I tried dealing with him. We saw a house on his site that we wanted to look at. We called a number of times and he didn't call us back until 3 weeks later. When we told him that we found someone else he didn't seem to care. Just said okay. The house we actually bought he had on his site and it was in foreclosure and they were trying to get way more than what it was worth. Another realtor took it over and they were more realistic with the price. I think Mr. Burns is more concerned with his real estate show than customers. Don't deal with him.
