Although at times the office wait is a bit long, Dr. Mauro is worth every minute of it. He is kind, caring and takes time to listen to any concerns we may have. His staff works very hard to get the patients seen in a timely matter. We would 100% recommend him to our family and friends.

I am a new patient to Sight MD. I called their office with what I felt was an emergency to my left eye. I was seen by Dr. John Mauro on the same day I placed the phone call. Dr. Mauro was both very professional and pleasant at the same time. He addressed my concerns and prescribed two types of antibiotics; oral pills and eye drops to help me with an eye infection i dont know how i got. I was able to tell he was concerned and he put my fears to rest. I would recommend Dr. Mauro.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mauro. Not only is he a wonderful doctor but he is extremely caring and welcoming as he took the time to explain everything and ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Also, the rest of the staff who took images of my eyes, etc.were also extremely friendly and kind. Overall, the clinic was clean, well- organized, and everyone there was caring yet professional. I would absolutely recommend others.

There is always along wait to see the doc, but Dr. Mauro is very nice, I'm comfortable with his ability. Would recommend him with the warning you will spend some time there.

Dr. Mauro took the time to explained all that was needed for the upcoming surgery, answered all my questions with time pressure to move me along.
Dr. Mauro came recommended to me and I see why - he is great!
The entire staff was just as helpful and accommodating to my vision needs.
While slightly apprehensive about and surgery, I am confident and look forward to my better vision!

Dr Maura is always so friendly but also a true professional! I trust what he says to be the best coarse of action for me for my well being. I recommend him any time I have the opportunity!

I find Sight MD to be very friendly and professional. Office is run well with the exception of wait time on occasion. Dr Mauro is excellent.

Dr. Mauro did my Lasik eye surgery and I am beyond satisfied. I came to him because I had other friends get great results from him. He is very thorough and knowable. I had -5 contact prescription and I am writing this post 1 day post op. Truly life changing. I am a dental hygienist and I can tell you cleaning peoples teeth take longer and is causes more pain and discomfort than getting lasik. All I felt was a slight discomfort, but no pain! If you can tolerate getting your teeth cleaned, you can definitely tolerate this! Recovery is not bad at all! I would do it all again!

The whole staff and Dr J Mauro are awesome. I truly felt they cared about the health of my eyes. Took the time to answer any questions I might have had. Highly recommend for any eye care needs.
