John Paul Tailors really helped me out in a pinch! Due to a Covid scare that put me on complete lockdown in my house for 2 weeks until my test results came back (negative thank god) I was unable to make my second fitting, dangerously close to my friends wedding. When I called to reschedule, they fit me in that day and did the fitting right away. I walked out with a suit and and smile! The greatest people!

Laurie, Cheryl, and Sam are amazing! From my first phone call with Laurie she was so patient with me, and her knowledge and expertise was apparent. She prepared me for my wedding dress fitting and was extremely organized with helping to get my groom, groomsmen and father fitted with their suits. Laurie and Cheryl were so kind, helping me in and out of my dress during every appointment and assuring me that it looked beautiful. Sam was great with my fiancé, measuring him and making him feel comfortable. The whole staff really helped set expectations and give us a clear vision of our outfits. Their sense of style and customer service is amazing!

I’ve been going to JP’s since i was a young man and first started wearing suits for work. I’ve been going to this store front since before Sam (owner & master tailor) even sold his own merchandise.

He is the only tailor I’ve ever been to that takes my suggestions, considerations, knows my look and how I like things to fit. Most importantly he is honest and, he never try’s to up-sell me or would ever suggest unnecessary work. He just wants me to be happy with what i have brought to him and to ensure that I leave satisfied.

JP’s is an upscale men’s shop with looks and patterns you won’t find anywhere else in WNY. JPs consistently has affordable prices, great sales and first class service I’ve never received anywhere else.

Sam and his staff are just great people that take care of me every time I need work done and extend the same warmth and hospitality to my family and friends every time i refer someone. They treat me like their number one customer and the work they do to my suits is second to none.

I am moving to the Carolinas in the near future, but i will still bring all my suits, new and old, to Sam and JP tailors on my monthly visits home. I don’t trust anyone else with my wardrobe.

After procrastinating, I found myself in a jam not having a suit that fits me ready for a dinner dance. I called JP Taylor's and that afternoon I was in fitted and picked up my suit the following day. Great staff, friendly and helpful.

JP Tailors is always great. Laurie and Cheryl are always friendly and always complete my requests promptly. I met the owner today who was very nice and was able to repair two coats for me on the spot! They have a very nice selection of hand picked suits of many colors for any occasion in their shop. Any tailoring needs I go to them first!

Brought a suit to JPs in October to be altered for a wedding. The suit was done in 2 weeks and was altered perfectly! Unlike other tailors I’ve been to, the prices of each alteration were shown to me before leaving. The staff is FRIENDLY, the store is clean and the work was immaculate.

I used JP Tailors for the tuxedo rentals for our wedding. The tuxedos were exactly as they were promised, hand checked by the JP's staff and tweaked to make sure that everyone was looking their best. My wife had a very intricate wedding gown that JP's and their team of alteration experts tailored exactly as she wanted. I wear a suit every day for work, since the wedding, I used JP's exclusively for all of my suit and formal wear needs. The service of the staff is unparalleled. Sam and Lori treat you like family, always making sure that I am in the right suit for my needs and making sure that I am keeping up with the latest trends. I would encourage everyone to give JP's a shot for their wedding/formal wear needs.

Super sweet staff, they were amazing to work with remembered everyone’s name and even worked with us when one of the guys decided to stiff on being in the wedding. They handled all the sizing even for our 3 out of town groomsmen and even did the alterations quick and without hassle. We got our wedding party suites and the father of the bride suite and I can’t even tell you how many people said how great they looked. We went with a nice royal blue and they looked amazing with the girls plum dresses.

I have been a repeat customer to JP Tailors for suits for multiple weddings. I recently went to them for the suits for the groomsmen and myself at my wedding. They helped me pick out what to wear and have alway been professional and have done a great job with the suits.

My prom dress needed some tricky alterations and it even had stretchy mesh and sewn in beads. JP tailors made it a perfect fit! I was soooooo happy. They treated me like family:) Everyone loved my dress. They were very helpful and made my prom perfect! Thank you thank you!

I needed a suit for a wake and a funeral with a short lead time due to circumstance. To make things worse, I knew next to nothing about suits and had no idea where to start. Sam & Lori turned all of that on its head.

They helped me in every way another human being could in regards to this experience. They took the time to help me find a suit that looked great on me (which has been tough for me in the past) and made me feel welcome and comfortable in the store. They gave me a great deal that was well within my budget when they absolutely didn't have to. They even took the time out of their busy schedules to educate me on how to wear and care for the suit I was investing in. They helped with all the accessories from shoes, to a belt, to shirts, ties, and pocket squares and they made it a truly enjoyable experience. To top it all off, Sam took the jacket, pants, and vest, which I had requested to have altered within three days, and did it within a matter of literal hours in the very same day. I am floored by the service I received and I can honestly say that I think it is the best I've experienced in my lifetime.

Lori & Sam took a nerve-wracking obstacle and not only helped me through it with ease, but made it downright fun despite the circumstances of my visit. This store is a fantastic place to buy a suit, but it is clearly the people who make it what it is. I cannot thank them enough for helping me out and they can rest assured that I will go nowhere else for my tailoring needs going forward. Trust these folks; they are genuine, friendly people whose pride in their work and empathy for others shines through everything they do.

Staff was super nice and very helpful. They helped my fashion backwards father get all spiffed up for the wedding we were going to. Facility was clean and nice. A lot of choices and the staff was knowledgeable.
