I'd like to thank Kevin Moran from the Scalia Funeral Home in Matawan NJ for making everything so easy for me from start to finish. He always responded quickly to all my concerns. He lifted a great burden off my shoulders and made a very trying time a lot easier.

We pre-planned what my Dad wanted! Everyone at Scalia's went above and beyond to help and made everything seamless! I couldn't't recommend then more!

John Vincent Scalia Funeral Service is the best place to leave your loved ones remains. They take pride in following your wishes to the letter. They are amazing and handle every detail of the final journey of your beloved passing. They take care of the services within the funeral itself and all the surrounding activities that are also required. IE.the church, the cemetery, the flowers if needed, and the actual burial process. I hate to say this but it is truly a one stop and done process. The funeral director is outstanding and supportive of your feelings and is there to lean on if need be. They understand your grief and was very sympathetic toward you and your family's loss. I would not go anywhere else when it's my time to go. One call does it all. I would recommend this company to all my family, friends, and associates. They make a very difficult time seem like a walk in the park so to say.

My father in recently died and we had no idea where to start. A friend told me about Scalia funeral home. They were compassionate, caring, competent and extremely professional. They really took care of everything, coordinated all the parts and treated us like family. My husband’s car broke down on our way to the funeral and Kevin went and got his personal car and took the stranded family members to the church. He was truly unbelievable and we can’t thank them enough.

Our Father passed away this December and we were at a total loss as to what to do next. Beth Pizzo helped us plan a beautiful ceremony to send him on his way. How does one even begin to rate a funeral home? It had a room where there was a dead body, many sad people. I didn't interact with any staff. There was a available street parking. Parking lot was full.

Losing my Dear brother Louis this past November was one of the most difficult times in my life. While the grieving part was hard enough the task of what to do next was daunting.
