John's Cleanouts and Property Preservation is outstanding. We contacted them for help with a critical situation that was overwhelming. A family member suffers from significant mental health problems and is a hoarder. Her most recent hoarding involved keeping any and all garbage to the point that her 6 room home and garage were full of garbage, with a serious mouse issue and completely unsanitary living conditions. John evaluated and helped us understand just how extensive the problem was. He found us someone to fix the non working toilet the very same day. His crew came on cleanout day and thoroughly cleaned out every room and garage, making helpful suggestions and preserving anything of value they found underneath the heavy piles of refuse. The home was transformed and we will always be grateful for the professional and thorough work they did! They are highly recommended for any kind of cleanout!

John’s cleanout did a great job with my parents house. John was professional, honest, timely and compassionate. This was an emotional experience as my parents/ family lived in the house for 60+ years. He was kind and understanding with my dad. John's clean out emptied my father's house of 50 years. Their crew was exceptional, the clean out came in under budget. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The team was on time, professional and courteous. The results were great and they completed my job in less than two hours.

John is a lifesaver! We were left in a real bind when JDog Junk Removal cancelled our appointment and left us stranded with junk in our driveway on a day when a photographer was scheduled for listing photos. I called John and even though they were already booked he had a guy to my house in under 30 minutes. Talk about saving the day. The price was more than fair and service by Rick, the driver, was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We used John's Cleanout for a rental property (via recommendation of a realtor). They came to the property with six guys and had it cleaned out within 3.5 hours. The crew worked almost non-stop to get it done. Even with a heat index of 98 degrees, they kept working. You can tell they all had such a great working relationship with each other by the way they smiled, talked, and laughed while sweat rolled off their entire being as they toiled through the humidity.

The Site Supervisor kept us informed of everything along the way, too. We knew where problems were happening with rugs being pulled up from the stairs, or staples were clustered on the floors that might affect cleaning them in the future. We knew what was going to happen, was happening, and we got a complete walkthrough of the property to make sure it met with our satisfaction.

The whole operation was efficient, well-managed, and thorough.

And the price? Very reasonable.so we had enough left over in our budget to give each of the workers a well-deserved tip.

This man is honest. His quote was thousands under "j dog" and then he came in even lower than his quote. Not to mention this man helped us so much. He pointed out things that were worth money as well as suggestions for the sale of a house. I almost wish I had another house to clean out just so I can work with this dude again. Check my other reviews I only leave feedback for terrible experiences and amazing experiences.
