2 different phone numbers for his E. 12th Street location have been disconnected. What gives?

I came here October 27,2022 because I needed a new pair of orthotics. It is now February 6,2023, and I still have not received my orthotics. I have called several times and inquired about my orthotics, and every time someone says, "we'll call you back. " They never do.
