Ryan really came through in the clutch, we had a leaking main AND a disconnected drain for our brand new washer/dryer and he came out same day, assessed, repaired, and did a great job. Thanks so much Ryan!

Jones services came out to repair our boiler that decided to stop heating our house, therefore we also didn't have hot water because some idiot that designed this type of system decided just for the fun of it if a person's boiler wasn't working let's just throw in that their hot water won't work either. How stupid is that!
This all happened yesterday, on Christmas Eve.
Jones did not charge extra to come out on a Sunday, much less charge extra to come out on Christmas Eve. Which was an extra Christmas bonus.
I would highly recommend Jones.

Nick came by and applied a very simple fix to an electrical outlet problem. Fast, efficient.he was in and out in less than 5 min! Great service!

Adrian came to the house to replace a circuit breaker and 4 pronged plug…he was effective, efficient, and got power to our dryer re-established.

Rommer came by today to go an electrical inspection and check of our outlets that were submerged on acct of flooding in our basement.he did an effective check, drafted a comprehensive estimate and scheduled. Return to do the work. Will see you all next week.

Ryan, Eric, and Justin came out to our residence to address issues with our HVAC, Electric, and Sump Pump.everything was done very professionally, efficiently, and without issue. Mike came out to address a hissing sound on our water softener. He was quick to diagnose, offer options and executed a same day repair. Excellent work and service.

Danny came by to do a check on our triangle tube water heater. Extremely proficient, efficient, courteous.did a comprehensive check to ensure all was working properly and tagged our critical lines that bring water into the unit. Was complete in a half hour.awesome job!

Justin came to the house and installed a new toilet…prompt, efficient, professional…great service!

Just an update to my previous post, Alex installed our water softner the other week. Extremely efficient, courteous, professional.he even checked out our natural gas line that he installed to our grill to ensure there were no leaks and everything was safe. Great service and very professional. Matt gave us options, explained each one, and let us know about financing and discount options. Plus, our 4 legged kids gave him 4 paws up! Calling Jones shortly to purchase a water softener system. Mike was out to our home today (7 March) to do routine maintenance on our water purifier. As always, courteous, efficient, and professional!

Butch came out and did a complete video inspection of the sewer line. There are some dips in the line preventing unobstructed flow of the water. He did a great job and gave me two estimates which I will use to decide the next course of action.

Jones Service came highly recommended by other reviews that I read which prompted me to call for a quote for a few projects at our new home. We were immediately responded to by Janet who kept an open line of communication in regards to our appointment with Rick Sampson for a Generac Generator installation quote. Rick spent the better half of his afternoon with me answering questions and responding with his professional opinion about my concerns about a variety of different projects that I would like to accomplish. We spoke about Jones as a company and I was pleased to hear how proud he is to work for a company who focuses on quality products, customer service and employee training. Rick is an absolute gentleman who takes his work seriously, is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly from the customer’s perspective, offered me no feeling of pressure regarding the purchase that was made. I hope this review reaches the owner of the company and that they use Rick as an example to new hires as what an employee who is confident in their company’s ability, focused on customer care and able to effectively communicate to close the sale is. A+

Follow up to my previous review. The installation was completed ahead of schedule and with total professionalism. Brian and Dan showed up early, were neat, did more than what was expected and kept us filled in on their progress throughout the day. When they were complete, we had a thorough explanation of the systems required maintenance and weekly automatic testing. Peace of mind is secured for a power outage and we could not be happier with our choice of Jones Services.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Team was able to analyze or system right away as priority then come in and flush and do a maintenance on the machine as priority so we wouldn’t have anymore issues. Super impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the team. Derek was assigned to help and was awesome! Thanks much! Will be a return customer and recommending!
