I recently visited the State Farm location on Corona and had an excellent experience. The location was very convenient for me, being close to home and work. But more importantly, the service provided by agent Johnathan was outstanding.

Johnathan took the time to review my policy in depth, answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. He truly cares about finding the right coverage at the best price for his customers. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything I didn't need.

Throughout the process, Johnathan was friendly, empathetic, and clearly explained everything about my policy and options. His integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident.

The office itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were professional and helpful as well. It was a very positive experience overall.

If I could give zero stars I will. Jonathan has to thank me for giving a star. Jonathan is the worst agent. He tells lies and doesn't want to help. Supposedly he has to help the customers but he doesn't help. If you don't like your job just quit. I do not recommend this place, specifically to Jonathan

Just as I had the courage to publicly accuse Mr. Jonathan, so too I have to say that indeed Mr. Jonathan was right I had the papers, sorry Mr. Jonathan and maybe I don't appear as a client but I am under the policy and obviously he also paid for it

The employees at the State Farm office of Mr. Jorge Leitman office: Byron, Johnathan, Juan are always respectful and efficient, communication is Excellent. I’ve been with State Farm for 7 years I would never change my insurance for State Farm. All of them at the office are very Professional. This is why they deserve 5 stars.

I have been a customer at this office for over 3 years. The whole staff is amazing to work with. They will follow up, and call you when you add a vehicle and go over your coverages and explain everything. They also were amazing help when I was buying my home and proving quotes and a policy right away.
