Dr. Jacobs and his Practice Manager are excellent. Initially, I had done my research and was anxious about potential surgery. Dr. Jacobs answered all my questions. My surgery was safe, successful. The care received from Dr. Jacobs was phenomenal. I found both Dr. Jacobs and Kathy expert providers who are effective, efficient and dedicated. I felt very much held in their care. Everything from the actual procedures, billing, and follow up was attentive and thorough. After about a month post-op, my airflow improved greatly.

Staff was excellent and surgery team highly professional. Results are as expected with no surprises

Saw Dr. Jacobs last month, April. I have suffered with chronic sinusitis since a nosebleed in 2018. It got really bad after being locked down for 2 years and unable to see my ENT. By the time I was able to he moved upstate, I was referred to Dr. Jacobs sand right away he did a procedure that cleaned out the blockage, treated the infection, and so far all is going well since 2018. Haven’t had the sinus headaches, and bad congestion since the surgery and I can feel the difference on the side that was affected. I am very happy to have found Dr. Jacobs and plan to continue seeing him when needed.

Dr Jacobs is the best. Appointment’s are on time and he takes the time to answer all your questions and explain your issues. The staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Dr Jacobs gets ten stars!

Dr. Jacobs is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring physicians I have ever met. He and his assistant, Kathy Bellucci, certainly make a great team!

I did not get seen by Dr Jacobs due to an insurance glitch. Kathy, his office manager help me get an appointment with a doctor who did take me insurance.

Dr. Jacobs is very good at what he does and his assistant Kathy helped me out immensely. It's still early to tell as I only had my surgery 6 days ago but the procedure went off without a hitch.
