Joseph Lock & Alarm Locksmith Service, Jackson Heights NY

$163 to open a locked door (we got locked out and left the keys inside). The service is quick but they’re definitely taking advantage of peoples desperation and need. Especially when the service is rendered locally in the area. Was a big supporter of this small business for all my key needs but now we’ll be looking elsewhere because we feel ripped off they charged so much for something so minor. It didn’t even take the guy 5 minutes to help. Ridiculous price!

I went three times today, Friday, and they did not attend to me, the first time at 1pm, the entrance was secure and a lady in charge inside the establishment told me to come back after 2pm. The second time I returned it was after 2pm and the same woman inside the premises only made a gesture with her hand that she was not available and the entrance was still locked. The third time was at 3pm and the entrance door was still locked and the two employees who were inside the premises, including the lady, simply ignored the two customers who were outside, in the end we had to leave without being attended to at all. The sign on the door does not indicate lunch hours and apparently they serve only when they feel like it.

This place was so fast it was like a comedy. I handed the guy the key and within a millisecond he handed me a key back. I was confused! I instantly went home to check the key and it worked perfectly. This was amazing! Great place and quick service. I highly recommend

Had an old bike chain I lost my keys to and they were able to make some new ones for me, other spots I asked said they couldn't do it but the team at Joseph's said they would try and voila I got some keys:) definitely worth asking these guys for any of your locksmith needs.

I made an appointment with him he was here right on time, he fix everything I couldn’t be happier, my door got busted by the fire department, but now it’s like new again

Steven did a great job I had two car keys which needed to be cut an programmed. The dealer wanted 2x what I paid here. Great deal and great service!

Not a good customer service. The man doesn't exchange a word. He made a copy of my key that didn't even enter the lock. Next day he was closed, my guests didn't have a spare key for the weekend. I came back the following week, he didn't apologize for a bad service and treated me like I was bothering him. He gave me back the key - which didn't work anyways - without a Thank You. A small local business should treat better its customers.
