2Met Dr Maytal today for the first time with my daughter. Very personable and knowledgeable! So glad we went to him
This office is not considerate at all I booked in early December my appointment for early January the date came I arrived and I was told that I did NOT have an appointment that day. This also happened to another patient there same time as I was. So I was not the only one this happened too that day. I was told what day THEY put me down for which was later on in the month to get a call a day before stating that they have to cancel. They DID NOT try to accommodate the next time with my schedule given they have messed up twice. This office staff did not even apologize to myself or the other patient they did this too early January which I think is simply crazy. This office staff needs to be retrained because people get out of work to go to these appointments and make arrangements to simply not be seen. Very frustrated with this office given that this is a very important appointment for my child.
