I met with Dr. Zimmerman yesterday at my post surgery office visit. He took his time to explain everything in great detail and assured me he was available if I needed additional information or help at any time.

I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone and the Bone and Joint Center to anyone also. They are very nice and caring.

My son broke his collarbone and Dr. Zimmerman and his staff were fantastic. They were able to get him in the same day and schedule him for surgery within the week. I can’t say how appreciative we are for their prompt attention to him!

Office staff was professional and courteous throughout. Dr Zimmerman explained my shoulder issues concisely, surgical suite staff including the anesthesiologist were caring professionals. The surgery itself went very well and my recovery has been better than expected.

Wonderful surgeon! Patient, competent, and has a great bedside manner. My daughter was terrified of knee surgery — he worked with her anxiety levels and delivered great results. This is the doctor you want operating on you or your loved one. 5 stars!

Fell in the barn last night and pulled my back. I was hoping a good night's rest would help but, it didn't. Could hardly move in the morning.

Drove to the Bone and Joint Center in Albany and went to Urgent Care Center and saw Dr Zimmerman.

He eased my mind by assuring me I didn't break anything but I did do a number on my back muscles.
Dr. Z.gave me an Rx for Ibuprofen and let me know it would just take a little time.

I think the Urgent Care Center is a wonderful service. Eases your mind if things are not as bad as you thought; provides top-notch treatment if they are.

Beats going to the ER by 1,000 miles!

As the wife of one of Dr Zimmerman's patients who had recent shoulder arthroscopy, I feel that all of the staff were very kind, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable, both in the pre-op, and especially post op experience. We were treated as though my husband was the only patient they were caring for, although I know all were very busy and the waiting areas were packed. Dr Zimmerman was professional and explained what needed to be done, did it, and now we can (slowly) return to life as "normal".
Thank you to all there! You know your work and you do it well.

Dr. Zimmerman has treated me since Mother’s Day and listens to my concerns and
answers my questions with patience.

Highly recommend to people of all ages but ESPECIALLY athletes. He did my ACL reconstruction a few years back and its still rock solid. I recommend him to everyone I meet.

Dr Zimmerman was very kind welcoming and he explained to me about the results of my tests and the options that he recommended for me. He took his time with me and did not rush me though my visit! His staff was very kind and courteous! I’m very happy with Bone n Joint and the service they provide! I have been here for hand surgery and was very happy with my results and that’s why I chose to return for my knee! Dr. Zimmerman was recommended to me by a colleague. Based on the referral information, I was eager to have my consultation appointment. Dr. Zimmerman has exceeded my expectations. I’m blessed to have connected with him and his skill as a surgeon. The staff, from entering the building to exiting, each person is genuinely professional and make o an unpleasant activity (who likes going to the doctor? !) comfortable and bring a sense of relief.

Dr. Zimmerman is not only very knowledgeable, but very caring. It’s nice to know real doctors still exist. I would recommend him highly!

Dr. Zimmerman was very thorough explaining the surgery before and after. Great personality and knows how to take care of patients.

This was my second time needing to use this practice and both times had a positive experience with an outstanding outcome. I’m sure my broken leg was pretty tame compared to other situations they’ve had to deal with! Highly recommend.

Dr. Zimmerman and his staff were friendly and professional. I had a great experience. I don't like going to the doctor but it was an overall pleasant experience.
