I stumbled upon this brands website a few months ago, an can’t help looking & relooking at what I REALLY Want! Actually turns me on, iv never felt that way before.everything is absolutely beautiful, sexy, cute, quality & mostly for my exact breast shape instead of generic an ill fitting! This company calls themselves a luxury brand, I’m not interested in that but they truly are what they stake claim to be.i found something brand new this time (Cecile demi bra by Kiki de montparnasse & Cecile thong by Kiki de montparnasse) an just had to have it right away! Why not grab another item (Never say never Balconette bra by Cosabella) iv always had my eye on that will soon disappear! I am having fun enjoying my new body the past couple years.as you can see one bra became a little wrinkled over shipping, I’m not the type of person to iron/steam anything.

I’ve been struggling with ill fitting bras for years now! Pinched shoulders, bulging cups, marks on my chest - you name it, it’s happened to me. Not to mention, I wasn’t even sure of my bra size walking in.

Journelle had the solution to all my problems. From the fitting to the selection of styles and colors, I left satisfied with 2 solid everyday bra choices. Keilis was super helpful, advising me with styles that would flatter my bust shape and colors that would make for an appropriate nude shade for my melanin.

From the moment I walked in, she was super helpful, kind, and caring. Customer service was EXCELLENT, and not once did I feel anything less than comfortable. Highly recommend for ladies looking for everyday undergarments and lingerie alike! A large selection to accommodate everyone’s needs.

They have a big selection of bras in different styles and sizes, however they are overpriced. As surprising as it can be, they have a tiny restroom in the store but they do not allow costumers use.
That is my first and last shopping in this store.

My daughter and I worked with Dottie today and she was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. She placed us in our individual dressing rooms which included a bottle of water (nice touch!). I shared what I liked in a bra and what I was looking for, she measured each of us and then brought back many beautiful options. We walked out with 7 new editions to our wardrobe. We also received a card with today's measurements which they also keep on your profile for future reference. It was such a nice experience. THANK YOU, Dottie! We will be back!

I’ve been shopping at Journelle for years and have loved their products. I just tried to return a gift I was given and was shocked by the smug attitude of the person working there as she did not accept the gift back because it was a few days outside the window. She also seemed extremely confused on top of it, giving several different reasons and contradicting herself. Won’t be shopping here again

Avery changed my life by doing a fitting and recommending bras suited to my specific shape. I am 43 years old and I have never felt better about my bra life. The bras are beautiful and of the highest quality, the store is a pleasure to be in, and the staff is top notch. If you are thinking about it, just go and invest in high quality bras. You are worth it!

Great selection and amazing customer service! Stephanie helped me find a sale item at another store and coordinated them holding it for me - really grateful for her kindness and help finding just what I needed!

I visited this store recently. When I got in, I browsed their collection first. They have a variety of colours, bralettes as well as body suits, bras, and underwear. They also sell silk pajamas. Most of the lingerie is lace or silk. Eventually I was able to call over one of the ladies working there to help me select some pieces. I informed her about my budget, and we were able to find some good pieces within my price range. I was able to get my cup size measured as well. The fitting rooms are comfortable, with a door for privacy. Each fitting room also contains disposable panties, so it is possible to try on bodysuits and underwear. I would recommend shopping here for high-quality lingerie.

Bought an anniversary gift for my wife and had a very pleasant experience in the store. Turns out I bought the wrong size so my wife went to exchange today and had a completely different experience. First since they do not allow more than 4 customers in the store at a time she waited 30 minutes just to get in while no staff member even had the courtesy to pop their head out and offer a time estimate or even appreciate that there is a line waiting to shop. There were 10 people on line waiting. Second, apparently everything I bought "runs small" that would have been nice to know at the time of my purchase. Third the sales associate could not get past the idea that if it's not an even exchange my wife was more than willing to pay a little more - My wife had to continually ask to see nicer things. Fourth when my wife asked about additionally purchasing a camisole the salesperson replied "they're expensive" - Really? What is this Julia Roberts in Pretty Women? I can't see returning there are so many other places to buy similar products without being insulted.
