If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are lacking professionalism as well as customer service skills. Nobody acknowledged me for five minutes when I was trying to get help. I finally get help and I wasn’t satisfied with the product. Instead of getting me a new pair, they argued with me about the process they would have to take to exchange the product and mumbled amongst themselves how nothing was wrong with the shoe. There’s a bunch of inadequate, unprepared, and rude employees at that location.
