Joyful Dragon reviews
7It's been a while since we ordered. The service was good but when the food arrived all I could smell was a strong chicken bullion scent. We ordered 3 different dishes and everything tasted exactly the same. Everything tasted like very strong chicken bullion or kind of bland. I'm not sure what happened, maybe a new cook? Not sure I will order again after this. It's a shame, they would have been convenient. I don't like to be or say anything negative but the only positive things were the delivery was fast and the egg rolls were good. Just being honest, I hope they take these comments seriously.so maybe they can make positive changes.
I wanted to order some food and I couldn’t understand them so I said please repeat and they smacked their teeth and hanged up
Over priced, not authentic, and they didn’t want to give me sauce on the side because “it doesn’t come with my order” it’s a condiment, and if I’m paying for it, what’s the issue. Think twice before hitting the UNJOYFUL dragon.
I ordered shrimp fried rice an they literally only gave me 5 shrimps that is not is ridiculous

The menu at Joyful Dragon boasts an extensive selection of Chinese dishes, ranging from classic favorites to lesser-known regional specialties. The General Tso's Chicken is a standout dish, with tender chicken pieces coated in a perfectly balanced sweet and tangy sauce. The chicken is cooked to perfection, retaining its juiciness while maintaining a satisfying crispness.
The variety of vegetarian options at Joyful Dragon is impressive, catering to those with dietary restrictions or preferences. The Kung Pao Tofu, in particular, is a flavorful medley of tofu, peanuts, and vegetables stir-fried in a savory sauce. The vibrant colors and enticing aromas make the dining experience all the more enjoyable.
The service at Joyful Dragon is not friendly by design. The staff is attentive and willing to provide recommendations or accommodate special requests. The wait times for food are generally reasonable, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
While the flavors at Joyful Dragon are commendable, it is worth noting that some dishes can be on the spicier side. If you have a low tolerance for heat, it's advisable to communicate your preference to Lucy, who is happy to tell the chef to adjust the spice levels to suit your taste.
In terms of ambiance, Joyful Dragon offers a cozy and casual setting that is suitable enough for intimate meals.
