Love the foot massages. Well worth the money and time. Pedicures are professionally done. Absolutely recommend the foot massages here!

They're clean and very friendly. Kristine /Kristin is nice but is not that great. I gave her 3 chances and was not please each time. Otherwise would have given 5 stars

I love the amount of detail and how careful they are treating your nails and feet. I got my nails and feet done with Tony today and he did an amazing job! He worked in good speed while paying attention to detail! The owner was also very welcoming and was circling around making sure clients were having a good experience!

Horrible store owner.
My wife went to get a manicures, and pedicures and it came out to be more than $90 for a hour of service, which I could understand, but the owner was harassing their employees by yelling and screaming!
It was so intense, I was about to call a police. I hope their employees can go other place where they can be treated in more humane manner.
If you support dignity of humanity, please dont go to this place.

If you’re looking for a friendly, clean and professional nail salon, then Joy’s Nails in Howard Beach is the place to go. The staff greet you by name upon your arrival which sets the tone for a relaxing visit. Since COVID-19, your temperature along with your name and telephone number are recorded when you arrive. Masks, social distancing and hand washing are all being observed. The best part of all is that you walk out with beautiful nails and feeling great!

Are used to go to this place for many years and I tried to come in the last two times in the man the owner has such a nasty face and a nasty attitude when you ask him a question both times I did not stay I walked out because of the unprofessionalism of this place. Now I go to Michael’s right down the block just passed Davinci’s.

Very clean they take your temperature before you enter. They have hand sanitizer and everyone wears masks. They also have plastic coverings between the client and the workers.

I came in and asked for powder tips because I wanted a French ombré which can only be done using powder. The woman was very nice but she had told me that she wasn’t able to do the ombré because she didn’t know how. I picked a solid color powder instead. If I knew that for powder tips they charge $60 I would have never gotten them. I would have gotten regular acrylic like I usually do. Not only did they charge separately for the tip and then the powder and then extra for coffin shape but they also fell off within the same week. Two days later one nail broke off, a day later another nail broke and 2 days after that I had 4 broken nails. Waste of time & money and definitely not going back.
