J.P. Doyles, Sleepy Hollow NY

No place does it better. They made our pre wedding dinner magical. Everyone raved how much they enjoyed the food, ambiance and staff!

The food here is awesome and the wait staff are very nice. The owner’s family is a local and has taken care of their customers for many years. I would highly recommend this family-owned bar and restaurant.

Recently I was in Tarrytown celebrating my engagement with a few close friends. After a rude and disappointing encounter at a tavern, we walked up the street to J. P. Doyles, and it turned out to be a true haven of warmth and hospitality. From the moment we entered, the staff welcomed us like old friends and created an inviting atmosphere that set the stage for an unforgettable evening. The exceptional service, delicious drinks, and genuine interest in our celebration from Tracey and Brian made J. P. Doyles the perfect destination to commemorate our engagement. We highly recommend this establishment and I will never set foot in the place up the street again.

I'm never disappointed at J. P. Doyle's. The food and drinks are fantastic and the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Even the other diners interact with each other because the atmosphere is so inviting and friendly.

Great place to meet for a business lunch or just out to dine. Food is excellent and reasonably priced - better than any other restaurant in the area.

Had a 30 surprise party here… Tracy was beyond amazing helping us plan and setup for the party… without her I don’t think the party would have went as perfect as it did. The party room was perfect for the event and the food was absolutely delish! Would deff recommend or throw another party here.

Great food, great staff, and atmosphere. Ruben was the best I can remember having. A must go place if you are in the area.

The service from the manager (I am assuming the owner due to authentic accent, older lady) was amazing. She kept checking in although she was not our waiter. Jokes with my son, brought him paper to color and even gave a free ice cream scoop. The food on the other hand missed the mark. On the steak sandwich was the cheap fake I think Kraft plastic cheese that when cooked burns instead of melts (as seen in photos). The chicken sandwich just had a weird awful taste and was really wet inside but not juicy wet if that makes sense and had to be sent back. The potato skins were good but they are sliced more like potato chips and skins which was unique but good to know before ordering. The service saved the grade but sadly won’t be returning.

I can't say enough good things about Jp Doyle's - they have great food, a fun atmosphere, but above all, the folks who work here are AMAZING. We hosted our son's birthday party over the weekend and had an absolute blast - thank you to Tracy and the whole team for being on top of everything so we never had to lift a finger. We could not be more impressed and grateful, and can't wait to come back!
