Seriously, why are so many dry cleaners so mismanaged. I brought it in for 3 small repairs. They only did 2 repairs. How hard is it to mark down 3 repairs? Now I have to leave back home and have no time to wait for them to fix it. Other than that, the dry cleaning is really well done, practically perfect. And it was pressed perfectly, which is way better than most cleaners.

Great, fast and reliable service at a fair price for this neighborhood. And the text message notifications that your clothes are ready are so helpful! I trust them with my finest garments, they worked hard to stay open through the pandemic and the guys there are ALWAYS so nice and polite to EVERYONE (me).

I’ve been going to J’s cleaners for about 10 years, even now that I no longer work in the neighborhood. I still travel from the North Bronx because their work is excellent and I wouldn’t trust my tailoring or dry cleaning to anyone else!

As a dance teacher, I still needed my clothes looking sharp on social media online classes- and J cleaners is there for me! They hemmed a new pair, at a most reasonable price! I’m very happy with their SAFE customer service and will return and tell my neighbors! Thank you for being open during the pandemic!

Always have a good experience here and they usually finish my clothes before the promised date.

I have used J’s twice, each with different types of items and some repairs needed. Everything has been completed on time, in really good quality too. I look forward to contributing to have a place that I trust to drop off my dry cleaning and clothes that need repair.

I came to J’s Cleaners after a terrible experience with another nearby dry cleaner. It was night and day. The first time I left my clothes with them, not only did they get them back to me same day in great condition, they also sewed on a button on my pants that I had completely forgotten had fallen off. Nice folks. Quality service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

They are friendly, courteous, professional, and I like that the young Caucasian guy can speak Korean to the man who does the tailoring.). They do a great job all around, and are on top of things. Like em!

Great service @ reasonable prices! And they got the stains out of my jacket with same day service & even delivered it to my hotel! Highly recommended!
