J’s Cleaners is very accommodating. My son needed his pants adjusted by the seamstress and it was a smooth process from start to door to door delivery.
I have been using them for several years and they have done an excellent job cleaning various types of clothing items, from delicate silks to down jackets. Their turnaround time is also excellent. I would highly recommend them.
Terrible service. I had two items for dry cleaning. It has been 2 weeks and they had not called me. When I gave them a call, they said one item could not be cleaned and the other could be picked up right now. My question is, why did you take the item in the first place? And why did you not call me? When I got to the store, I found the item cleaned had stains and marks on it. The cashier refused to explain anything and kept stuttering when I questioned him.
Outstanding cleaner! Luis goes above and beyond time and time again. He is the reason that I use J’s for all of my storage and laundry needs. Luis is exceptionally organized and accommodating to all of my requests. He is very professional and I can honestly say that he is the best in New York City!
