I've been in the employee benefits field for over 10 years. I wanted to add new services to better support my existing and prospective clients. A good friend of mine Kevin Niederauer had been working with Jucebox for about a year when I mentioned that I was looking to add services in the advanced life market. He took the time to not only show me the Jucebox CRM system, but also the type training and support they offer. I really appreciated him taking time out of his day to do this since there is no benefit for him to do so. I knew right away that Jucebox was the way for me to go. While the CRM system is great I can't speak more highly about the training and support they offer. The whole team is always there to answer questions and assist in any way they can. Because of what I've learned from the Jucebox team I am able to help my clients review and understand their current retirement plans and help them meet and secure their goals. I look forward to continuing my journey with Jucebox and can't thank the team enough.

From the beginning, I’ve had excellent service. The process was seamless and I always felt heard and understood. It’s nice to be a part of a group that’s so supportive and structured. The training videos and the plethora of resources are amazing! If I still have questions or something is unclear, I can easily email support and shortly after I’ll get my questions or concerns answered. I am in awe at the level of care that is given at Jucebox. Their process is 1st class! I am thankful to be a part of the Jucebox Community. I highly recommend investing in this program, especially for those who are just starting. UPDATE # 2: there is NO mismatch whatsoever - I did as suggested, I attended virtually all coaching sessions, listened & applied all I could. When YOU offered to listen to one of my calls & advise, only 2 mins of a 10 mins call was reviewed, and when I requested numerous times for Jemma (since she admitted she was the only 1 to listen to the entire call) I was denied that repeatedly. I was told you can not just jump on a Zoom any old time - so I requested we set an appt to review & was also denied repeatedly. I was 100% gung ho early on, but it was becoming evident things were not clicking, so I kept reaching out * reaching out. Stephen who was readily available to recruit me 100% stopped responding. There any many other examples ALL of which are saved & documented for anyone to review. Relationships are totally give & take, and I basically BEGGED you guys to further assist me - and request after request was denied. I'm clear we live in a virtual world, but the phone is, and will ALWAYS be a very valuable tools to communicate even more effectively. When a customer asks & asks for help, step up your game & dig in for the solution - it may have resulted in a WIN-WIN for both parties! But you dug in and said, no.

TOP Quality program & TOP quality people to work with, extremely knowledgeable and hands on. UPDATE: all started out well, I did get a good flow of leads, they suggested I work the state of MI since CA was not available. I consistently found those I actually made contact with (about 35%) which I understand is part of the process (altho there was very little this co.did to get quality leads, only contact info and a few questions) the HH income was approx 35-maybe 65K, virtually no retirement savings & no discrescenary income to start a program. I was repeatedly advised I needed to "find" that money & make it work - "others have". I faithfully attended the coaching calls & constantly asked for help/advise wanting to know how I can get better. This request was essentially denied. One coaching session they agreed to review & critique one of my 15 min intro calls. The first 3 mins was discussed with good input from their team, but they "ran out of time" and that was it. I asked & asked for a further review and was told they don't have time. I get they are a lead company & can't guarantee results/conversions but they totally left me hanging over & over without support. I tried to switch states to a state with a higher income average & was told I needed to basically start over, more start up costs. The training is well done & extensive, but you are on your own. I did extensive due diligence to find advisors who used them in the past, not just watching worthless youtube testimonials saying how great they are. They would NEVER allow phone calls & even when I requested assistance (like critiquing the call) to schedule a Zoom call, I was told they do not work that way. The world is headed in the WRONG direction when you can not call a company & it's all online help! Even if you are a tech co, this is NOT OK. In the end, I spent over $10,000 & converted a very small amt of business - all my fault of course. To me, this is a partnership, so when issues arise, partner up with your clients to seek a solution, not the case! BTW - when the were recruiting me, they were all about "helping" me.no surprise there, but that was it. I'd say pass on this company, nit worth it.

Have been working with Jucebox about 10 months now, absolutely love the way Jim approaches IUL's. "Yoda Jim he is yes! " (In my Yoda voice) Received a good return on my initial leads and looking to keep this train running. Leads, training, tools, and support- everything people are looking for to make this a career. Jucebox is the real deal.

I've been using Jucebox for less than 2 months. From the leads, to the training, to the support, I have never experienced anything quite like it in the industry and from a company. I'm closing more business with ease and the leads are actually interested. No complaints so far.
