Ordered through uber eats! The order arrived partially and the delivery person said id get a refund but they charged me for everything.horrible service

Once again they forgot to put the almond butter in the "Almond butter Acai bowl! Not to mention the are all miserable and not friendly in this location. Maybe it's due to the fact there is never enough help in there. Unfortunately I don't have time to go back AGAIN and ask them to put the almond butter in. Do something management.

This is one of the best Juice Press locations I've tried. It's spacious, well-stocked, clean and seems pretty new. The employees were super friendly and informed (always a pleasant surprise in Manhattan) and made a great smoothie!

I just had the worst smoothie ever. Like I still don’t understand why it tasted so bad if I’ve been here here before and it was good the first few times I tried it. I literally feel sick and had to dump it right in the store trash. It’s so disrespectful that I paid $14 dollars for something so disgusting. Like the person who made it was just careless.

I just spent $11 on the most mediocre smoothie I've ever had. How do people like this place. The smoothie tasted like someone drank a good smoothie, swashed it around in their mouth a bit sucking out all the good parts, and then squirted it into an old cardboard box and gave it to me. $11 for a mediocre smoothie? Come on

Staff was very unmotivated and slow, took them 10 min to make a smoothie, and they didn’t even tell us when it was ready. Worst part was paying 13$ for a smoothie that didn’t taste good, protein powder was undissolved making the consistency very greasy - not enjoyable!

Fine smoothies. I thought mine was decent, but my dad only drank a few sips of his. Way more expensive than it’s worth.

They accidentally made me a large one refreshing protein smoothie (vegan) and they have offers on organic fruits

The staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to get a great lunch special that I didn't know about because they were informative.

Really unaccommodating customer service especially from Emi on this location. Very snobbish and entitled. I love the products of Juice Press but I won't go to this store location anymore if I will be treated unfairly by your employees. We work hard for our money as well so we would like to get the most worth for it. I believe that the employees on this location would need more customer service and product training.
