I have been with Dr. Raber since she was with Elite…. Over 10 years. Once she left and started her own practice I followed. She was always so kind and knowledgeable but I don’t think the office is able to keep up with their appointments. Needless to say the last two appointments I ended up waiting over two hours. In the last month I have been calling almost every day and cannot get anyone on the phone. Very disappointed and from the reviews I see I’m not the only one. I will be looking for a new practice.

The most unprofessional Dr! Was first time patient I waited 45 min in the exam room in a robe I was told she went to take a call. I finally walked out and she still didn’t return! Unbelievable don’t waste ur Time with her she need to stop practicing!

Tried to get an appointment as a new patient, with concerning symptoms. I called on a Monday and explained there was some urgency, and was told someone would call me back. Over a week later, and no call, despite leaving a few messages. Incredibly unprofessional. From the other comments, this seems to be an ongoing issue.

After 16 years of seeing Dr Raber it's time for a change.
I have been trying to get in touch with an office for over a week leaving msgs and no call back. Finally today I was able to speak to an office admin asking to schedule an appointment as soon as possible due to concerns I have however I was told that there is nothing available for another month and a half with no exceptions.it's hard to sit still for such a long time not knowing what's happening.
It's very said to be treaded like that by someone with no sympathy and understanding of your personal situation.

I have never been treated the way I was yesterday at Dr. Raber’s office. The medical assistant was rude and her supervisor was as well. They scheduled me for an issue when all I wanted was a check up and it took many phone calls to actually schedule an appointment.
Yesterday, after two months of waiting, they informed me I wasn’t due for an annual as it wasn’t covered. When I asked to see the doctor to ask if it was necessary, and I would pay out of pocket, they told me my appointment was cancelled. Dr. Raber paid no attention to what was going on at the front desk and I left the office with a a release form to send my records somewhere else. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with my experience at the office and I will never return to that practice again.

Awful! Never answer phones, actually hangs up on you sometime after long waits. Never calls in prescription even after countless messages left by me and pharmacy. Office visits are cold and dismissive. Will never return here!

Will be leaving practice. I’ve been a patient with her since she began practice at elite and moved to work independently. Office never returns calls. Tried to get a prescription refill every day for over a week. Does not respond to patient or pharmacy calls. Very unprofessional way to deal with patient needs. Very disappointing

Would do less than one star if possible. Absolutely one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever been to. They Never refilled my prescription, didn’t call back when I left over 20 messages, and left me LATE on medication. Would never recommend this place. Seriously do not go here

Doctor never returned calls. Left several messages. Never got test results. Office does not answer phone. Cannot get a prescription refill.

Strict COVID restrictions followed. The whole facility is immaculate. Staff is helpful and respectful. Dr. Raber is excellent. She took time to speak with me, and informed me of every part of the exam as it was proceeding. She then took the time to answer a few questions I had after the exam.

Been trying to call the office for the past two days to refill a prescription. Will be leaving Dr Raber after 18 years very disappointed.

One star is generous. I’ve never experienced such a lack of patient care/concern by a doctor. Dr. Raber blew off a telehealth appointment and I was told by the office staff that I would be receiving a call twice. Never heard from her. 4 days later!

New Patient - Dr. Raber and her staff are the kindest, most welcoming GYN office I have ever been to. Making an appointment in August 2020 was easy and convenient. They do have a flexible cancellation policy which allowed me to get a first appointment within the timeframe I wanted. She really takes her time to answer any questions or concerns you may have and made me feel comfortable and explained everything throughout the visit. I was very pleased with her bedside manner and I will be switching to her as my GYN permanently.

Parking - this location has free parking which is also super convenient!
Nearby - K. Pacho Mexican Restaurant is right next door - so if you want to treat yourself to tacos after!

I’ve never met a friendlier doctor. Dr. Raber is one of the few medical professionals who puts 100% into every patient she sees. She is highly knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and personable. The receptionist is an absolute gem, the office is one of the cleanest offices I’ve ever been to, and the nurses and PAs are all very professional. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Raber and her staff. I wish all doctors could be like her!

Doctor Raber is one of the best Gynecologist truly and her staff especially Elizabeth who is thoughtful and kind are such an incredible and amazing team of people. They not only care about me as a patient but take the time to answer all questions and provide consistent and concise answers in such a kind and caring manner. Relieved to be in such good hands and although i ask alot of questions their patience is outstanding. So grateful for such a positive experience.

I rarely post reviews but Dr Raber and her staff warrants recognition for their professionalism, attentiveness to my personal needs and knowledgeable regarding my care. I've been a patient for a few years and I have no plans of leaving.

Dr. Raber is an excellent Gynecologist. I have been seeing her for several years. She is attentive, accurate and kind. I feel safe with this practice.

Found and had the best experience with Dr Raber. I would highly recommend Dr. Raber for your gynecological health. Fabulous!

Dr. Raber has been my Gyn for 20 or so years. I was with her when she was part of a larger practice. She was my favorite of the doctors there, so I followed her when she went solo. She is friendly, kind and caring. Although her office is busy, wait times in her office are less than at many other offices, probably because she does not do OB. All the nurses and receptionists are very nice, too. I never have a problem getting an appointment.

I went to see Dr. Julia Raber for first time and i had a very bad experience, first i needed medication and they never called me, then i had problems to get my medication because they never sent the prescription to the
pharmacy and finally when i complained the secretary told me that who did the test for me 2 weeks ago wasn't Dr. Raber, I really don't understand how they Work, they have no organization, they dont care about the patients. Don't go to that terrible Dr.office.
