Julia's is fantastic! The staff are very attentive. Went there tonight. Had the BBQ sliders, arepas (highly recommend), as well as apple goat cheese salad.

My partner went for brunch a few weeks ago with some friends from upstate and had a fabulous time.

One of the nice things is there are a lot of gluten-free/vegan options as well as a variety of mocktails for those who don't imbibe.

Staff was so nice and attentive to details! Def would come back just for that. Drinks were top notch and we ordered the chips and dip, and goat cheese sandwich it was really good!

Very cute and comfortable chic cafe in Ridgewood. I had a lovely time reading over a couple drinks. Reasonably priced and tasted great! I will definitely be coming back?

Seriously good brunch. Cool looking place too. Nice vintage light fixtures and a cool bar too. Make sure you get reservations for weekends ahead of time or expect a wait up to an hour depending on group size.

This place is great! Food was delicious — we had the arepas con huevo and the breakfast sandwich — and the restaurant is very cozy. What stood out most is the service. Our server, Selena, was incredibly welcoming and made sure we still got food even though we rolled in at 3: 55pm and the kitchen was about to close. I can’t wait to come back here!

This place is small and very mediocre. It gave me the runs, once I got home. The tri-color hash was ok, I would not spend $16 on that again. The best thing I remember about this place is the sidekick IPA from finback brewery and the bartender that was really nice. There are not that many sit down places that serve brunch in this area of ridgewood. I would definitely just go down the block and have an amazing meal at Rolos if your in the mood for brunch on the weekends.

A friend and I went in about an hour before closing, and the vibe was cozy (very small space) and intimate. Very cute space. There was a larger party present so it was quite loud and it took quite a while for someone to come over and take an order for our drinks.even though there were only another 2 people there along with the party. That was a little annoying.
Drinks - Spicy margerita was average. My friend got the lavender drink, which she enjoyed.
Food - the vegan/veggie hash looked good but it was nasty. I don't know how else to describe it. There were maybe 4 or 5 chunks of potato, and then some cauliflower and brussel sprouts. It was a very, very small dish for a ridiculous price, definitely not worth it.
Theres seems to be glowing reviews here about this place's brunch, so I may have to check that out.

Our go-to neighborhood brunch spot. Honestly, we probably go at least every other week, if not every week at this point! Favorites include, the toasted goat sandwich, the arepas, their ricotta pancakes, and the maple bacon in the old standy (classic 2 eggs etc.) is addictive. Love the atmosphere and the staff is always down-to-earth and friendly.

I only went for a quick bite and had the fig, goat cheese with bacon toast which was good ($16).
They have a tiny kitchen so service will be slow and nothing is quick. It can be a cute brunch spot for a lot of people but it was too loud for us. Not a great spot for a date because youll be screaming at each other.
Other than that the workers are friendly. We went on a Saturday at 1: 30 and waited 30 minutes for a table.

Julia's is always enjoyable to go to. The menu is small and intentional and the service feels like going to someone's house who's a great host. They genuinely want you to enjoy the food and I've never had anything I don't enjoy there. Simple dishes that are well done and perfectly portioned so you don't leave stuffed. Also their coffee is just really good.

Came here for brunch and had a really good time, we didn’t have a reservation and got a table without waiting in line! Service was really good, friendly server and food was yummy! The only dish we didn’t love were the arepas! But would definitely come back!

Very well priced, good size portions, very strong coffee, dishes spiced well too (Sweet Potato Hash - amazing!). The biggest downside is that the menus are not updated. The scannable QR menu on the tables is only for the weekend menu and the one on the website don’t match what is in-house. We ordered the Frittata, which was advertised with roasted red peppers and goat cheese. Unfortunately, this one was served with bacon and scallion. As a fellow vegetarian, it was upsetting to take a bite of a dish with meat when we assumed veggies.

Literally 5/5 stars! Went for dinner on a Friday night and we could choose from inside, outside or bar seating.

Great vibes, music, and service!
Excellent vegan options!

I got the sweet potato hash (I normally hate sweet potatoes) and now I’m a sweet potato believer!

Will definitely return:)

Lovely neighborhood spot with great food and cocktails. We had the beet salad, sweet potato hash and cocktails. Was tasty and satisfied with everything. Kind and nice stuff as well.
