Customer service is very bad. Items ship late and a few items weren't shipped as they were out of stock.i was hoping all my kids to have same clothes.would have been better not to ship order at all.

Really bad customer service. My sister did a online order which never arrived, and the store just kept on hanging up on me.
Till this very day, they did not reply my emails.
With all fairness, they do have nice clothing but that’s not the way you do business. I’ll be reporting this business to the best bureau business.

Never send a child or teen to this store with a return. My young son and daughter went back to return two things that we were rightfully able to return (notfinal sale and within 7 days as store policy). They were met with a nasty customer service woman who yelled at them to go away and that she will not give them a store credit (who would think of money back?). She didn't even look at the receipt- she just assumed the items were final sale. Only once I called the store and literally begged her to pay attention to them, did she.
They came home shocked and horrified.
Not only should young children never be treated this way, they should be treated with care all the more so.
I regret spending over $700 in the store last week. With such contempt for a customer, they do not deserve my business.
Shame on you.

Worst customer service ever! If you're buying for a family and you want a few of same size. They will ship your order regardless if they didn't have some in stock without letting you know! Whats the point? I cannot return them because they are sale items. Update your website and make sure you don't 'sell' things that are out of stock. Its deceitful and shows you don't care about your customers.

Amazing service! Had an issue with an item I bought and they were so understanding and easy to deal with.

Nice, large and spacious store, many helpful salespeople and plenty of private dressing rooms to try on clothes. Prices vary but I would say average pricing with good sales at the end of the season. Sizes from newborn to adult ladies with some choices for younger boys.

Great store reasonable pricing.and the staff its amazing especially theirs a beautiful girl in the kids section, well last time I was there she was the one that help me find my stuff, that I needed I think her name was “Stephanie. ” if am not mistaken really helpful and beautiful smile keep it up Stephanie.:).

Nice experience here, children clothing store. Junee Dresses, kids Dresses different variation and material and natural color, for me Gallery feel fashion meets modells.

Beautiful modern huge store for a ladies, junior's, kids, and babies! Huge selection on three floors. Can't wait to come back and shop again.
