Chinese Restaurant JUQI reviews
5 Horrible and atrocious. I had such a bad experience. The individual seating and handling arrangements. Rude and English barrier. The menu was sideways and hard to order. Not in English also could not even send the order in.
The staff. Rude. Cold. English barrier. Food came out in different intervals even though it was one dish. Never received any water and when I asked they bring a cup with floating stuff (picture attached)
They served tea and left. I almost choked on a bone. Lucky my Spouse was there to give me her drink.
It’s A shame when you have to feel uncomfortable and targeted while eating.
Only positive the cooked duck
To add injury to insult. They forced a tip - that they sure as hell did not deserve
All I’m saying is I’m a different minority and I saw others who were asian Get Water, drinks and Wonderful service
Came to Juqi last week with some of my friends and was blown away by the quality of food and service. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and guided us throughout the ordering process. We loved the Beijing duck, it's definitely a must order! I would say that Juqi is one of the best Beijing cuisine restaurants in NYC! We had a blast and highly recommend for others to come try!
Dont go! waste of money! taste bad…. Just went there last week and disappointed with their food but service is good.just the food…….
Very good with the experience overall. The place is clean, the food is fresh, and the service is exceptional
As a Beijinger, I've been on the hunt for authentic Beijing style cuisine for the longest time. Finally stumbled upon this gem while I was looking for somewhere to eat in Flushing. From the presentation of the food to the taste, everything was top notch. We had an amazing time and our server made sure to constantly check in on us as well. Will definitely bring my family back here next time! Be sure to get the shumai, it was really delicious!
