I rented a Bounce house. The service was timely and great. I put down a $125 deposit and paid remainder in cash. I check my account next day and realize they also charged me the full price on the card I paid the deposit on. I only allocated enough funds to cover the deposit as I paid the remainder in cash causing an insufficient funds fee from my bank. When I called to inquire I was met with “well you should have had more money in your account” The employee was extremely rude especially when it was their mistake. Their miscommunication. I then spoke with I believe to be the owner and he straightened it out but took over a week.

My friend rented from here and had terrible issues. What was rented was great but as for the customer service it was rough unfortunately

I ordered the 20' airplane waterslide for my annual summer party and it was a hit. Just in case party rentals is the place to go. Everyone from the workers who setup the slide to the owners who run the place are polite, courteous and just down right good people. I wouldn't look anywhere else for anything party related.

Super accommodating and timely- worked with our schedule for delivery and pickup. Jeremiah, Isaiah, and Brendan were super professional and friendly. Brendan was extremely kind and conscientious to the young men working with him. Will definitely be calling again when we need a bounce house- thank you!

We rented a giant waterside and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. My 11 and 9 year old loved having the water slide at their birthday party. The kids were entertained for hours. Setup and pickup was quick and the crew was great. They did an excellent job!

Very professional. Delivered, set up and tore down. Our team loved the ax throwing, yard pong and connect 4. We will be utilizing for all our staff parties!

Just In Case Party rentals really came through for us on our family reunion with a great tent, tables and chairs, and lights in the tent - a great touch. All rental materials errr in great shape.

The set up crew actually showed up early! And the set up was perfect. There was a minor issue with the lights being left at the shop but the crew came back the next day and installed them.

I highly recommend this company for your party needs. They are easy to work with and extremely reliable and reasonable from cost standpoint. Once I placed the order I never had to think about it again. Thank you!

Wow! The Glow Foam Dance Party by Just In Case Party Rentals was simply AMAZING! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and fun-filled.

The neon wonderland and foam dance party were an absolute hit with our guests of all ages. The music was fantastic, and the attentive party staff made sure everything ran smoothly.

Very kind and quick service. I do wish they’d give you a heads up when they are on their way to deliver or pick up, but I would definitely use them again.

My son loved the water slide! He played on it for 9 hours straight. I had to pry him off for cake! They called ahead to let me know when they were coming to pick it up and were an efficient and cheerful group to work with!

Recently rented a tent, tables and chairs, everything from ordering, to customer service, to delivery and quality of products was great! Definitely will use again!

These guys are great. I had a work event at my plant that was thrown at me last minute, and I needed 60 folding chairs the NEXT DAY. Justin actually came the SAME DAY to deliver me the 60 chairs. Online invoicing made it easy to pay. Super courteous service and the chairs worked great. Thanks for saving the day.

We rented a giant water slide for my son’s 7th birthday, and it did not disappoint! He, along with all his party guests, had a great time and are already talking about having another water slide for next year’s birthday! We kept the slide an extra day and enjoyed it with neighborhood kids and friends who spent hours on it! I highly recommend Just In Case Party Rentals for many reasons: it was easy to rent online, all of my questions were answered quickly, the set-up crew called before delivery and arrived exactly when they said they would, the slide was clean upon arrival, the set-up and take-down crew were friendly to me and my kids. The rental was worth every penny! I will definitely be renting again in the future!
