Just Pizza, Buffalo NY

They say the food will take 20 mins.next thing you know its almost 10-20 mins pass the original time that they told me my food wood be ready by. Its ridiculous cause it always like this

Said that they never had anyone order the 3 cheese steak and put sausage with it.it's the 1 baby, my new go to spot

Fresh and ready to go I love when they have the different variety of different slices when I come for lunch

I ordered 20 wings 04-19-21 all flats well I didn't get all flats wings were cold and very hard I also ordered 2 pizza specials they were also cold

For some reason I really can't get enough of this pizza in particular. Great fluffy crust and flavor!

The service is horrible and they have poor customer service, the manager is very disrespectful and not helpful at all, I ordered a pizza and paid for delivery for my food to come cold! Spoke to the manager for him to tell me that my food is not cold as it came 2hrs later!

If I could give them a zero Stars I would call at 806 and again at 9: 42 called again at 10 and they were closing whoever answered the phone was rude and hung up and the driver did not bring me my food and drove off. But never will order from them again. They need to be out of business and learns customer service skills. I am a repeat customer from just Pizza on Main St. But never again. You guys suck! Lanovas will always get my business! Never had problems from just Pizza on Summer St.

This makes me sad to say but the wings were horrible. They were freezer burned so bad made them hard not thr same as crispy. My pizza bottom was burned n the cheese was browned so bad there was no pull to the cheese. Very upset n don't think I will b going back.

I called around 8: 00 and waited 2 hours for something that never showed up. I called maybe like 4-5 times asking where my food was and around 10: 00 the worker told me the driver went home since they were closing. Thank god I didn’t pay.

They lied saying they called my phone 3 times (of course they didn’t even bother to call my
Phone) in which I was standing out side for 35 minutes thinking they were on their way. Nope! Didn’t even show up at all.

WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS JUST PIZZA

I bought a pizza last night large pizza come to almost $30 steak pizza and it was nasty I’ve never had anything bad out of this shop in time I’ve been here but that was nasty will not go back till they get a new chief

Really good pizza, and the char Pitt wings are amazing, whenever I want wings I come here and order the blackberry bbq char pit wings. Try them out tell me if I’m wrong. Usually service is quick and the pizza is almost always fresh. Good go to for any scenario.

What's the point of having a menu if you are not going to stock up on the items you sell a lot of. How do you run out of mozzarella sticks, pizza logs, and ribs ended up with a sub so the sub roll was never toasted and it was stale and had hard edges like it was sitting out all day meat was dry and tomatoes were sour in my opinion management should be changed immediately very rude on the phone gave up went to Jim's steakout had a much better experience and the food was better by a long shot

Pizza is pretty disgusting. Just tomato sauce and hard dough with a flat hard piece of cheese on top that will fall off halfway through a bite. Wings were tasteless, cooked but had no flavor at all. Overpriced altogether. Menus were not clear. Sometimes simple is better in that regard. Wont be eating at this place again

The worst just pizza in Buffalo. Not that clean and the help makes customers wait while talking about last night events with a friend hello! With that I just stepped on a couple of toes because it happened more than once. I walked across the street to 7 Eleven and spent my money. Very bad service

I ordered the lunch special with 1 slice and 3 chicken fingers. I pizza was Ok, but the chicken fingers were glorified chicken McNuggets. When I called, I was told that they use 2 kinds of fingers. DON'T ORDER THE FINGERS IF YOU DON'T WANT SPONGE MYSTERY MEAT

Once Upon a Time Just Pizza was a great place to have lunch or dinner now it is the worst place ever they now have roaches in their establishment would not recommend for a dog to eat in this place your pizza will arrive cold and burnt your wings overcooked and it's a good possibility that they did not get your order right I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni got a large burnt pizza no extra cheese then I ordered another day a steak sandwich with extra cheese when I got it home there was no extra cheese on the steak sandwich and the steak sandwich was dry when I call to speak with the manager he told me on the phone that he actually watch the cook fix my steak sandwich and that extra cheese was put on it he was a damn lie can't even trust the managers words
