Great food, if you got four hours to wait for it. Don't listen to the apps. It's at least an hour past what they say it's going to be. I legit heard the employee say in the back that it wasn't ready yet then tell me on the phone it should be there any minute.

Always has slices available! I actually go here quite a bit, usually to stop in for slices and the food never disappoints. Not too bad priced for a slice either, around $3.50

45 minute late delivery without even a courtesy call. Fish frys are garbage at that point. Disable your online delivery if you guys can't commit to delivery times. 10 maybe 15 minutes is understandable. 45 minutes is a joke.

Good! Just needed to toast pizza in oven to bake it how I like it. The fingers were small.that try to make it up by adding extra.

Ordered food at 4 was told food will be ready at 4: 30 gave extra time arrived around 4: 50 food not ready advised 4 more mins waited 10 mins advised 5more after that currently 5: 10 still waiting and now they are saying never started my order even after i cashed out and placed an order over phone

Must say I was very disappointed I’ve seen so many social media pics of the food looked amazing however when I ordered food for the first time and picked it up it looks nothing like the photos unfortunately I know things has gone up but it’s getting outrageous no pizza and wing was worth what I spent sorry!

Let me tell you, I absolutely love the food at this place. If I could give them six stars I would!

Great Food, my only complaint is I ordered a double order of chicken wings and 1/2 barbecued off the pit, the order 1/2 was supposed to be honey garlic on the pit! I specifically said I that I want to have my hot garlic and I got barbecue and hot wings…… Needless to say I was very disappointing!

Starting to keep cheese and pepperoni on rotation more often.good choice so we don't have to wait.

Ordered stuffed pepper pizza, got cheesy bread. Worst pizza in memory to include store bought frozen. You should close.

While I understand trying to order pizza on a day with a major league playoff game would lead to logistical issues, I don’t think taking down the online ordering service and then charging $85 just to place an order 5 hours in advance by phone is a good business practice.

Every! Single! Time! My food is always good asl! I literally live around the corner from the one on main and i wouldn't DARE! I drive all the way to Elmwood bcuz its cleaner and the food is waaaayyyyyy better! And im very picky

They service great workers great food excellent but wsit time for fries went from 15 to 25 minutes wings very small I use to love this place before 2019 2020 suicide wings taste like hot sauce I miss the old foods

Unfortunately, we totally inconvenienced them by calling to order a cheese sheet pizza. We thought maybe it was just the person taking many orders by phone (3 pm on a Tuesday) but unfortunately, we were greeted with the same “inconvenienced attitude” upon pick up by requesting plates. Terrible customer service!

Order here all the time. Great food, and the guy taking our order on 12/23 was so helpful and friendly.

Very good pizza only thing they not good in making wings Krispy but still one if my favorite pizza places

I am from Texas. I had understood New Yorkers would be gruff and short with me. Absolutely not the case! Everyone, without fail has been so nice UNTIL I made the decision to use this restaurant. Soooooo rude and gruff. I felt like I irritated everyone who worked there. The food was fantastic! Instead of giving 2 stars for great food and horrible customer service, I'm giving 3 stars and looking at it that they completed my New York experience with the attitude I've been promised I would meet here.
