Just Salad, New York NY

It is nice but pretty expensive for the price you pay. If I am spending $10 on a salad, I expect a good serving of meat, not a few cubes of them. Vegetables are inexpensive and salad dressings cost nothing, so what am I paying $10 for?

I would rather go to a halal cart and get an extra serving of meat and salads for $10.

Excellent salad/bowl place in the upper east side of manhattan. Relatively small venue with a few seats. Great place for vegan and vegetarian options, as they have tofu as well as meat. Tofu was firm and well seasoned, and the rest of the items were fresh (the vegetables) or well cooked (brown rice base, mushrooms). They have a bunch of different toppings/dressings which sounded really tasty as well. You have the option of making your own creation or choosing a pre-made one; prices range between 8-12$ depending on what/how much you buy. Went there when it wasnt that busy and service was fast. Nice place overall and would come back if given the chance.

I love this location and the service was phenomenal. Kait and Marlenee helped me get a crispy chicken poblano which was delicious! Definitely recommend this spot to people!

Yurii & nick provided exceptional service, way above & beyond.i can soend my hard earned dollars anywhere.but its this type of customer service that will keep me returning to this location.

This is my favorite just salad location. Kaitlyn and the staff always hook me up even when I come in close to closing time. Super friendly even when they’re busy.

This was my first time at Just Salad and it was a great visit. A lot of options on the menu and fast service. I tried the sweet valley made by the employee Kaitlyn. Thanks to her for the great customer service.

Quick, clean, and reasonably priced, Just Salad may be the TARDIS of quick-serve salad restaurants. Honestly, it's hard to believe that they have as many options as they do in this tiny storefront. Their reusable bowls will serve me well for either future trips to the salad bar or providing emergency hydration to stray animals in the park (not both).

Salads are great, still preferred when they offered to chop them. Store seems to have a lot of staff turnover and therefore can get disorganized, especially during the lunch rush. But overall still a good choice for a quick lunch.

Had another great experience. Arion made a fabulous wrap and the manager went out of his way to accommodate me. Love this place!

My favorite place to custom make my salads. The staff and manager are very nice, great customer service. I love the weekend discount for online orders. All In all I recommend for anyone who loved salads and eating healthy.

The salad is ok but the time of the attending is simply amazing I hold for my order 30 minutes y the employees just ignore my self amazing

Food was healthful, satisfying and priced reasonably. So great to have this as an option in the food desert that is the Lincoln Center area. Service was speedy and very friendly. Taking away a star due to an issue with cleanliness in the food prep area (at least during our visit). I understand that various salad ingredients could unintentionally get dropped on the floor during food preparation but cleaning the floor right away always makes a good impression, and is, needless to say, more hygienic.

Kaitlyn’s presence at this location made my experience the most memorable ever. I’d hire her for my business in a heartbeat if she wasn’t so committed to justsalad.

I passed by for lunch time and as soon as I walked in i received a smile from Kaitlyn who then helped me out st the register

Not ideally configured to handle many customers at once and limited window seating; still welcome to the area as a relatively affordable healthy food vendor

Picked up a salad through MealPal for lunch today: *all* of the lettuce was translucent due to refrigerator burn. Not recommended.

How does a restaurant run out of regular bowls? I passed yesterday during lunch time and received my salad in a medium salad bowl. The manager seemed so out of place and very unproffesional! But thank you Kaitlyn and Melinda for the great customer service. (5 stars for them)
