This is the second time I have ordered from this place. The first time I had a salad delivered and they forgot the chicken. Now just got takeout and they forgot the goat cheese that is part of the warm chicken goat cheese salad. I also waited a while just to check out. The place is very unorganized. The salads are very good, but not a fan of the service so far. Need to pay attention to what customers are ordering!

I ordered the crispy chicken poblano salad on door dash and received a salad that was missing chicken and also missing the roasted sweet potatoes that I paid extra for. Additionally, the salad hardly filled the bowl and they also put the plastic container of side dressing directly on top of the salad inside the salad bowl which I found to be gross. I was only credited around $5 by door dash which doesn’t even touch the $20 I paid for the pathetic salad. I emailed Just Salad’s customer support and since the order was thru door dash they didn’t even comp me so much as a coupon or voucher. Considering it was their employees who messed up the salad and failed to put chicken on a $20 “chicken” salad, I would expect the store to make things right. Will not be wasting my money here again.

I was not impressed at all the cashier was cold as ice and the salad was advage at best. I will not go back. Come n salad $19.99 it's a no for me, not because the price just was not for me. What made me stop was the outside seating.

This is the second issued I’ve had and will not being giving them a third try.
The first time they forgot my chicken so I ate an unsatisfactory salad with no protein. This time barely any chicken and they forgot my dressing when we called, they said they’d deliver it right away. More than 2 hours later, well after my lunch break a small dressing arrived. Not apologetic! Never again. So many better options.

The ladies that work here are too funny, great energy extremely helpful. FRANCESCA helped with my 1st salad. This place has great staff, it's clean, the food is fresh. What a great location. When I visited a different location I was not treated the same. I think this will be my new spot!

I CAN deal with a long wait or even a wrong order because a restaurant is new but what I CAN'T deal with is rudeness. I've been here quite a few times already since they've opened and other than a long wait because staff was adjusting, everything was good and staff has been pleasant until today. Long story short, I ordered a salad and when it was time to put my bowl up on the counter the girl dropped it into my salad. No big deal EXCEPT for when she put it back on the counter without even offering a napkin to wipe all the dressing off of the outside of the bowl. I kindly asked her if she could clean the dressing off the bowl and she answered that they weren't allowed to touch the bowl, I understand, I'm in the food business and it's a health code, BUT when I then said, that's ok can I have some paper towels? She pointed me to the cashier at the other end of the counter and told me she'll give them to me when I get to her? !? !? Ummmm, if I wanted to get dirty making my own salad I would've just stayed home. Another employee overheard and handed me a napkin to clean the bowl with while I waited to pay. When I got to the cashier, I asked what the girls name who helped me was and then the manager came over and I explained what happened. He immediately rectified the situation and didn't charge me for my salad even after I was insisting that I wanted to pay for it and that I wasn't saying something to try to get something for free, but he refused to let me pay. Word to the hiring manager, don't hire people just to fill spots

Food is good when correct, i’ve ordered on door dash a few times and extras i pay for are always missing but now that I went in person i see why. Employees have terrible attitudes could care less, attitudes with any questions, just throwing a salad together like they hate their jobs.

Ordered at 0615 ordered 2 wraps and 2 soups didn’t get a call till 0740 that there was no wraps left. Food wasn’t ready for pick up. Terrible delivery service

Amanda is such a fantastic employee! She is attentive caring and super friendly. Always goes above and beyond. Love this place and she is a big part of the reason for that

So happy that Just Salads is in town. Such a great option for a quick weeknight take out dinner. Service is always good and the food is delish!

First time here for me, My friend is a big fan and goes often. I wanted to have a build your own salad so I was a little overwhelmed by all the nice choices, which is a good thing. But not when your counter person has no patience for you. He did not explain everything clearly as to how many sides I could have or choices of proteins. With that being said i want to say I definitely enjoyed what I had and it was very good despite not really getting it completely the way I wanted. And I will most likely go back again because I’d like to try other options. So I have no issue with the food or taste it was delicious, my issue was with the service and my server. I felt a little rushed to make a decision since he seemed very pressed for time and wanted to be done with my order so he could move on to next customers in line. I understand when it’s busy and there’s other patrons on line and I was just one of about 100 + salads he made that day but you need to treat the first customer just like you treat the last customer. So after I picked out 4 toppings he said anything else and I’ll be charged for it. (Didn’t get a protein for lack of understanding the process) Okay no problem so I ordered some additional shaved Parmesan cheese and he asked if I wanted that as my free side? Didn’t know I get a free side but I do now (reusable bowl) so a bit of a rough experience with this gentleman server. As I said earlier my friend is a big fan and goes often, and she tells me the guy who helped us is the only one there that gives her a hard time about what she wants on her build your own salad she asked for a topping and he told her she can’t get that with that salad? So I question what a build your own salad is if you can’t have it the way you want it? IDK?
She had to tell him Just put it on the salad please I’ll pay for it if it’s extra. She said everyone else that works there never questions or gives her a hard time about what toppings she gets on her salad he’s the only one! Well we ate together and I enjoyed mine and she enjoyed hers as she usually does but at the end she said I wish i had a piece of bread with it. And I agreed it would’ve been nice compliment to the salad, at which point she told me we were supposed to get a piece of bread and it was not offered to either of us. So unfortunately i have to blame the guy who served us for my first time experience to NOT be as good as it could’ve been. If I’m mistaken about any of this please educate me as to what I might be misunderstanding about the process or choices to have with my meal.
(like if the bread is considered a topping and not included)
Not to be rude but may I suggest a little retraining in customer service for this employee?

This was my first time here and I must say I had one of the best experiences! My server (I believe his name is Ruben), was kind enough to assist me in picking a salad to my tastes. I would definitely recommend 10/10!

Added chicken to my salad.
Gave very small pc.after I said something she said more is extra. You could not even see the chicken in my salad. Customer in front of me got much more.

(Oceanside Store) It took 21 minutes to take out 2 salads, from the time I walked in… to the time I walked out the door. The staff is friendly but slow. They seem to take their time and do not have a sense that many are waiting in line. It was not very crowded when I entered but a huge line began to grow. The cashier and the ‘salad maker” were joking around and sharing a story instead of moving things along. If this type of service continues, in terms of promptness, I probably will not return. No hard feelings, I just don’t have 21 minutes to wait for a take out salad.

Ordered the Thai Chicken Crunch, the lettuce were soggy and about 6 tiny pieces of Chicken. Seriously skip this place it’s not worth it. I make better salads at home. Seemed pretty disorganized too.

I've been waiting for a proper salad joint to open locally, so when I heard this location of Just Salad was opening I was interested in checking it out. The staff are nice and the restaurant was clean, although I didn't eat there. The salads were expensive, more expensive than what they should be for the amount of ingredients you get. I know good salads cost anywhere between $14-$18 and these were on the high end. There were so few of the ingredients in my salad, I had to check the receipt to see what I ordered to make sure I even got the right things. It was mostly base and too little of the add-ins. They also forgot one of my dressings.
