The female stylists are really really awful. They are not skilled and go against what you ask. It seemed they are untrained and only know how to cut hair one way. It was like letting a child try their hands at a haircut on me.

I wanted a trim to the ends of my mid-length hair. She said my hair wasn't that long to be cut short. I said "Right! I don't want it cut short. I only want a little trim at the ends, about an inch. " She proceeded to chop the back of my hair so short I looked like a member of BTS. She grabbed a strand of my hair in the front to cut bangs. I don't know where she got that idea because I didn't have bangs before and didn't ask for one. I immediately told her I don't do bangs. She laughed and cut into it anyway. Both with the back and the front of my hair, she did the exact opposite of what I asked, immediately after I asked, and it was too late for me to stop her. Not only was everything cut too short against my will, the ends were all hunky and uneven like I was attacked by a dog.

I'm mostly mad at myself for coming here. Should've known better. I cried and covered my hair for the next 24 hours until I could go to a decent salon to get it fixed. They could only do so much with all of my length gone.

If you care enough to read reviews before a haircut this place is definitely not for you either.

Called and they said the price was 18 without wash, they charged 25. I get understand if they can’t get the shape right but the hair is choppy and uneven (one side is longer than the other). If you’re middle aged, which seems to be their main demographic it’s fine I guess, but if you’re below the age of 40 learn from my mistake and avoid
