First off, Ms. Amy is the worst teacher I ever had. She always made me extremely uncomfortable in class, and never felt understood by you. She is not patient AT ALL. I had the worst year emotionally and physically when I her as my teacher. This school overall is super small and theirs alot of bullies and mean girls, it wont be easy finding friends. I dont reccommend coming

This school is horrible in so many ways the water has lead in some of the water fountains and the bathrooms never have soap and never have toilet paper and are very unclean and rarely get cleaned. The children here are very disrespectful and don’t know how to act like they have no home training and bully others and fight all the time or plan to fight others some kids are good for the most part but they are very disrespectful and they have outside lunch here and some kids fight during that time but it’s always something happening outside and kids disrespect others and adults outside causing trouble I won’t not recommend. My special needs daughter goes to this school and has experienced physical abuse and mistreatment. My daughter was unwilling to enter her classroom so Ms. Davis (her para) and Mr. Hakeem (teacher) took her to a room called the passroom where the dean under the name of Mr. Brian uses this space as his office. My daughter was unwilling to enter the Dean's office so Mr. Hakeem and Ms. Davis decided to act inappropriately and unprofessionally with my child and began to get physical with my special needs daughter. They pushed her into the Dean's office against her will. Ordered any other students who were there to be removed and shut the door with my daughter left inside alone with Mr. Brian and Ms. Davis with her. Mr. Brian proceeded to grab her neck and push her head against the table telling her to sit down. Leaving behind marks and scratches. She reacted in defense and started to fight back against the abuse. He kneed her in her back trying to restrain her and held her against the wall, cornering her. Then threatens to call 911 on her.

This is an awesome school, thanks to the teachers who spent the time to make sure my child worked to achieve and maintain a good grade. Thanks to Mr. Damon, Ms. Kristina, Ms. Marsha, Mr. Matthew, Ms. Jen, Ms. Nancy. And I believe Ms. Jen should be principle.

My friends are going to this school. In my opinion it seems to good to be true. Animation class, Kick boxing, and Japanese and Popeye for lunch. Ain't no way a school goin be that perfect. It seem like it a descent school.

This school is horrendous. As I spent my time staying at this school, the teachers and students are disrespectful. The students are a different type of breed.they have no respect what’s so ever. The hallways and staircases sometimes feel unsafe and it makes you feel vulnerable, this school isn’t a good environment for a child to be growing up and spending their lives. The bathrooms seems as if they are barely ever cleaned, there is almost never any soap in the bathrooms. Some of the teachers can barely even teach, they just give out worksheets and barely help the students to understand the material presented to them. Some of the teachers take things out of proportion and start behaving impulsive and do absurd things. The classrooms are decent, but being at this school feels like purgatory. Bullying truly does exist at this school and some of the teachers sometimes don’t take it seriously and just turn a blind eye. The only thing they ever seem to only care about is if ur play fighting, you could legit go to teacher and tell them someone is bothering you and they would seem not to really care, but if they see someone play fighting they turn into some condescending authoritarian. And that is what makes it hard to talk to the teachers they can’t never be really serious and always try to blend in and “seem like their one of us” and be joking around. But, that isn’t what they need to do, what they really need to do is be more responsible and actually do their jobs properly and open their eyes. Even though, you have a guidance counselor and ur own advisor it’s still hard to open up to them. If I had to truly say one nice thing about this school it’s that, they let go outside for lunch only if your early and that’s when you can get some nice fresh air. This school truly does affects you mentally and causes you to realize some things and causes you to have a different mindset and it changes who you are as an individual and makes you think differently. This is just sad, but it helps you stay woke! But shoutout to those teachers that actually know how to teach and help students with their work and actually try to improve them.

This school is uncleanly and I feel that some teachers lack the ability to make a connection with their students and meet the individual needs of the students. They fail to resolve conflicts between students. The hallways feel unsafe and this school can have a very hostile environment to put your child in. I feel that the school doesn’t provide a “vigorous curriculum” and from my experience they don’t provide many opportunities to excel. The school isn’t all bad but the school needs to find faculty who don’t alienate the students and aren't completely oblivious to the emotional needs of their students. Don’t go to this school.
