I walked into Kabinet King on Hillside Ave today after reading so many decent reviews. I did not have an appointment so I politely asked if I could browse and schedule an appointment for another time. The gentleman I met upon my arrival was very polite and said "SURE". He then continued with the customers he was engaged with. About 5 min after I walked in I saw a middle aged caucasian woman with short blonde hair sitting at her desk. She looked up and acknowledged me. I asked if I could make an appointment. She said yes and then asked what I was looking for. I explained that I was interested in cabinets and would like to know more about the lines they carry. Again, she asked if I knew what I wanted EXACTLY. I then described the color and size of cabinets with precise measurements this time. She kept insisting that I only look at a particular brand (Hanssen) because the others would take long to come in and are more expensive. I must've said FIVE TIMES that I do not have a time line to follow OR A BUDGET. She carried on seemingly annoyed and then said that she didnt understand what I wanted cheekishly. Again, I said I'd like cabinets for above my sink, 42" X39". Another few cabinets.and countertops. She quickly said, "I cant help you with custom cabinets". I was surprised because when I called u was told Kabinet King DOES take custom orders. CLEARLY, this person assumed I was not only in a rush for a cabinet delivery but that I must also be financially strapped.it was an appalling experience. I simply stated the facts to her an left. "it seems as though you dont WANT to understand what I'm shopping for". How completely unprofessional. I have 3 kitchens to renovate and I'll go elsewhere

We had a wonderful experience at Kabinet King. They helped to create my “Dream Kitchen”. We worked with Troy. He helped to design every aspect of the kitchen. So patient, kind and so thorough. Nothing was left undone. So much thought went into every detail from choosing the cabinets, counter tops, backsplash and every other detail. The whole process went smoothly and all was done in a timely matter. Totally recommend using them! Love my new kitchen and enjoy using it every day!

I worked with Robin to design my kitchen and she was always a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and patient as we went back and forth several times changing elements of the design. Most importantly she called me back when needed and touched base with my contractor when necessary. We have been enjoying the new kitchen in our newly built custom home and can't thank Robin enough.

We shopped around for a good price for quality stock cabinets and found it at Kabinet King. We went with Forevermark. We worked with Saudia. She was excellent, a pleasure to work with and very good with a tight design for a small kitchen. We are very happy with the whole experience.

Really nice selection and prices. If you go there ask for Troy, he was extremely reliable, accessible, and honest.

Picked 'Starmark' cabinets, suffered multiple delays (~ 2 months), one of the main cabinets was missed in the delivery, and no one knows why that happened. It turns out that there is some miscommunication between the dealer and 'Starmark' and the missed cabinet was never made! So we have to reordered the missed cabinet, and multiple weeks later, they shipped us a cabinet made with mistakes (size mismatch, color mismatch, style mismatch.) So our whole project was delayed for months and we endured serious financial loss due to the wasted time and contractor expenses. We have to follow up many many times, otherwise no one is helping/reaching out to us. We are in the dark until it's too late to correct the mistakes/delays.
This is the worst experience we can image. Plan for the worst scenario (delay, mistakes, no responses, miscommunications), because that's generally what will happen.

I’ve done two beautiful kitchens with Troy Jagbir at Kabinet King and couldn’t be happier. Troy was wonderful to work with and has exceptional taste! His communication skills are excellent and his product knowledge of what worked best was truly an asset! He was always available for us (he promptly returns phone calls) and has a great attitude. In working with Troy, we never got the feeling that we were working with a sales person that was trying to “sell” us. He worked within our budget to ensure we got exactly what we wanted

The best cabinet company around. They are professional, honest, caring, and have quality cabinets. I enjoyed designing my kitchen and William made sure we were well taken care of throughout the process. My kitchen looks fabulous and most importantly I’m happy. Robin and her manager were amazingly accomodating to our situation. We were until the gun in terms of renovation timing, and after a different retailer could not come through in the time they had promised we were REALLY STUCK. Until we found Robin at Kabinet King. Her and here manager promised cabinets in less than two weeks for their in-stock series.which fit both my budget and style like a glove! We also purchased our quartz countertop for a really great price with a sink upgrade. I am so happy with how things turned out, and if not for Robin, and the management team at KK, this would never have been possible.so grateful.

Had a great experience at Kabinet King! My husband and I are expecting very soon and needed a kitchen ASAP. We were on a tight timeframe and Saudia showed us exactly what we needed and could get quickly all within our budget. She was honest, never pushy and completely realistic to our needs which is exactly what you want when making a big time purchase. She even stayed late with us to design and confirm everything we needed on the first day. Our installation went seamlessly. The guys finished in less than 2 full days and were knowledgeable, offered us recommendations and ideas and never skipped a beat. Overall great experience!

Aside for the fact that we love our kitchen, we want to give a big shout out to designer Robin. She created an amazing floor plan for our kitchen space. She maximized the space in the most efficient and wise way possible. We highly recommend seeing Robin for your kitchen design! She is very patient and sat with us for hours on multiple occasions. She is extremely knowledgeable and super creative. Most importantly, after we had closed the deal she continued working with our contractor throughout the whole process, making small changes when needed. I wish I could show you all the end results. It’s gorgeous.
