I've been working out in this gym for 3 months now and I lost around 16 pounds. Their guidelines are very helpful. This gym not only helped me lose weight but changed my lifestyle. I'd say they have by far the best gym equipment compared to other gyms I've tried before. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a gym.

Kai Martial Arts School is a great place to be; well-equipped classrooms with enough environment that is manned by well experienced instructors. The place is quite capable of turning anyone into a great fighter, even those who never had a fighting spirit. What I like most about the school is that no matter how phenomenal or invisible you are, you can never skip a single rep of push-up as the whole staff is watching you: equal & enough attentions are given to everyone. For me, Kai the best place to be.

All afterschool services advertised are false. Children most times don’t receive homework help, they do not aide kids with reading or learning any other language let along sign language. When I brought up the matter with the place I received an attitude and I was told that my child should not need help with homework at his age. This attitude I received from the gentle man at the front which I found extremely bizarre since when it’s time to sign children up and take down your credit card info he is the nicest and most kind. Uniform is offered at sign up and parents are told uniforms are ordered for the days they do have karate but they never receive such uniforms, instead children end up rolling on the dirty floors with their uniforms or clothes and mess it up. Items go missing all the time even with their names on. Children run free and do as they please in this facility, there is no attention given most of the time and if children who are 6 or younger forget to order food they do not remind them even thought you leave money available for them do so, so you’ll encounter an upset and hungry child at up. They have 11 year old watching and supervising 5,6,7 year olds which is insane to me. Children are picked up late from school and so you’ll receive a couple of calls from your child’s school wondering where is the driver. Therefore I lacked peace of mind while he was part of this afterschool program. Children who require car seats are doomed if an accident happens because they don’t have them in the vehicles they use. Last but not least while attending this program my son was bullied by one of the employees there and that’s the last straw I had. I mainly stepped away from this place for sanitary reasons. The smell is unbearable and everything is a mess. Ive realized that bad reviews of the place are welcomed with attitude and excuses as well as a “guilty” sound, I can care less of what is replied to me. All I know is that Instead of childishly sitting there and writing false information on review replies to look “good” for people who are reading the reviews, you guys should instead run surveys at least for your after school program to find out how you can improve. People eventually come in and see and leave which is horrible for business, therefore replying with a defensive kind of answer does not help your establishment situation. Thankfully our child has been out of this place and on to a much better establishment that can provide the services being offered.

I can’t express how satisfied and grateful I’m in how far my son has come since he was enrolled to Kai Next Level Mixed Martial Arts 4 months ago. He is now a transformed person; very brave and derived by over self-confidence. His tactical displays speak good of the school and their instructor, and he often talks good about their instructor and how conducive the environment is for learning. So thankful.

Kai Next Level Mixed Martial Arts is quite unique and extraordinary in all ramifications; their highly experienced instructors, well-equipped and great atmosphere for learning. I enjoyed every single day I spend there. Their instructors motivated us with a lot of encouragement. So, it didn’t take me anything to learn a lot of mixed martial arts’ tactics. Even their payment system is also affordable and easy to pay. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested!
