I wasted 45 minutes waiting for a doctor who never showed up. Why open a clinic at 8 if the doctor still won't be there by 9: 15? There are dozens of other urgent care clinics who are staffed properly.

I received immediate attention.

I was treated quickly and efficiently and when diagnosed with covid worked with an amazing PA Yitzi who explained protocols and answered all of my questions. I’ve been going here for years to get reliable covid tests. Cannot recommend enough.

I was pleasantly surprised how well run this place is. I’ve been to other Urgent Cares where I’ve waited for forever, but not this place. I hope I don’t need to see a doctor again, but if I will, I’m going to come back here.

Short waits, kind staff, knowledgeable medical personnel.
Overall just a pleasant experience. Definitely a go to place, especially if you need to go in middle of a busy day. In & out very quickly.

This place in one word is just: AWESOME. Everyone is so caring and friendly, but especially the awesome kind and sweet manager, Yossi. He’s so calming and so on top of things. Best of luck in everything.

Do not waste your time at this place. Go straight to the ER!
I came in with my kid who fell and had a very strong pain and a swollen arm (after I was told on the phone that they have X-rays available).
They made us wait for 2 hours for the doctor, and got the x-rays just to find out that they’ll have the results only 2 days later. Now we sitting in the ER waiting another 2 hours for a doctor to send us for X-rays again.
Instead of letting us know when we checked in about the X-rays results time,
they made a suffering kid with apparently broken arm wait so long just so they can do their X-rays and get the money from the insurance

The most helpful and amazing staff. Everyone was so knowledgeable and caring. Weird thing to say but was the best urgent care experience I have ever had.

My wife is feeling really bad, has fever and strong cough. Not Covid. I gave them a call and asked if they can do an X-ray and give us a result immediately since it’s Saturday night, they said yes, I ordered her a taxi, yet when she came she was refused to be given X-ray — they said they’re not doing it at this time and even if they were, the results wouldn’t arrive until Monday or Tuesday. Waste of time and money. People in the lobby weren’t wearing masks so it’s also potentially dangerous for health.

A really good experience. We were seen promptly and had all our tests done and a prescription sent off within a half hour of arrival. Can't really ask for much better.

Really great team. They helped me personally on countless occasions during this pandemic and have done amazing work in the community. Yosef is a true community Healthcare worker. Would give 10 stars if allowed.

I came to the urgent care after two weeks of persistent ear pain, I was seen right away, and PA Innocent was extremely professional and took care of me. I felt immediate relief after the procedure she performed.
