Kane Dental of Hempstead-Family and Emergency Dental Care

Went to the Huntington office to get a crown replaced, they did such a bad job.when I went back they took no responsibility and wanted to charge me again to fix a problem they created. I eventually had to get the tooth pulled because it was beyond repair at that point. What they do is get you to write a review while you are still in the office. The staff is very nice so you comply. That how they get such good review.

Dr. Nashed was amazing. I was really scared and he made me feel so calm and comfortable. My root canal was painless and fast! My teeth feel great! I highly recommend using Dr. Nashed!

Truefuly I was ready to find a new office. I received a call telling me that a different dentist would be working on me. Well Dr Pinkes and his assistant Kanna were the best. For the first time in years I had a pain free dentist visit. I would recommend him to all. I'm actually ready to go back so I can finally complete my work.

Had a very bad experience after being a patient of 8 years. Receptionist was very nasty and disrespectful and overheard a phone conversation I was having and starting saying I was insulting staff which was not true. Told me I can leave and started put saying Bye. They refused to let me see a dentist. It's funny how people can treat you from. Behind a desk but its fine I will ever go back to this place again. What a way to treat patients

Worst dentist I have ever been to. They are so unprofessional starting from the front receptionist to the doctor. I was greeted with attitude. Dirty facility and money hungry establishment. They dont care about your wellbeing its just money to them. Doctor was rough and rude. Do yourself a favor stay away from this establishment.

My experience at Kane Dental has been nothing but a pleasure. They helped me out with my insurance approvals and then I recieved beautiful dentures. I needed minimal adjustments. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Dr Nashed and Natasha.

I had to get a Root Canal earlier this month - while this being my first one, I was a little worried about the process. Dr. Pinkus and Carina was super helpful in explaining the process and quick and efficient. My recovery was with very little pain (and none following the time of my temporary cap). I did ask for Ibuprofen and Antibiotics for safe measure and was given with ease as a preventative measure. At no point did my cap shake, crack, or break in the few weeks I waited for my tooth piece.

I recently got my tooth piece and it was a quick and easy process, under 30 mins. Im so glad to have a dentist who answered all my questions and helped ease my worry about getting a root canal!

My daughter has always been scared of the dentist. We have been to several ones and they were all bad experiences except for this one at Kane Dental! Thanks to Joslyn the assistant who treated my daughter with so much care. She was so sweet and kept her distracted and engaged the whole time. She had so much patience and we will absolutely be back to see her! Thank you again Josyln!

After suffering through a really painful tooth infection, I had a great experience with Kane Dental and their staff! Dr. Pinkus and his assistants got me in for a root canal quicker than anyone else could and took care of it easily and pain-free. The follow-ups for the temporary and permanent crowns were a breeze and I'm so glad to finally be without pain again!

Kane Dental of Hempstead doesn't even deserve 1 star but to post this I had to give it to them. I had one issue which I only wanted addressed during my visit. Well, they saw an opportunity to make money so they had the hygienist spring a cleaning on me. The process of cleaning my teeth was so disgusting and uncomfortable because she numbed my entire mouth and used the drill. I'm accustom to a hygienists using scaling tools to remove the plaque which is more comfortable and much gentler. They lack the professionalism to let a patient know they care. After me voicing my displeasure they continue to call to get me back in for another cleaning. I have refused each time but they keep calling.

Today, my niece asked that I take her daughter there and it was a fiasco! A dentist takes a look at her along with 2 assistants and they all said she has cavities and needed a referral for a different procedure. I go to check out and the receptionist tells me how many time they referred her for the procedure and I said okay. Already knowing my niece has that scheduled and I didn't inform them. I asked her about caring for the cavities and she says the dentist didn't mention anything about cavities while looking at a paper the assistant brought to the front. The owner of the business jumps in to over talk me when I keep telling the receptionist what the dentist said to me. Long story short, the owner calls the police to remove me because I wouldn't listen to him. It's the go to move when black people ignore white people. So he refused the child's care after the receptionist spoke to the dentist and confirmed that he did in fact say she had to have some cavities addressed. Another receptionist tried to help while the owner kept talking and threatening me with the police. I kept ignoring him. Both women in the reception area offered to have the dentist see the child again at that time and the owner screamed, "NO"! One young lady apologized and that's when she told me he was the owner. My response was, "That's fine. That's why I stopped coming here. It's the lack of professionalism and care". When I arrived home my niece said they were at the office 2 months ago and the dentist never mentioned anything about multiple cavities. I'm glad they will not be going back either. It's was proven this is the wrong place for all of us.

I had a great experience here. Dental assistant Josselin helped assist my son during our visit and she was kind and very thorough. The staff was also very kind.

Terrible most irresponsible staff. Hate that place! Be aware of these type of places all they take is money from your insurance treat ur kid like a slave! Hate it hate it

I went to Kane dental for 2 root canals. I was a nervous wreck. I scared that I would be painful. I promise you guys not even the needle I got to numb me was painful. Dr. K is competent, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, funny and a fellow Pisces (inside joke) lol his assistant was friendly and professional as well. I got 2 root canals in a hours time and was out the door. If your looking for a quick, PAINLESS professional place to have a procedure done go to KANE DENTAL! You will not regret it!

I have a true phobia of dentist! NOT ANYMORE! I must say, the dentist and staff were amazing! Dr. Stan Pinkus made me feel comfortable and at ease. He took his time with me. Waited for the anesthesia to take and felt NO PAIN! Thanks to this amazing team and staff, I now look forward to dental visits. Thank you, Dr. Pinkus

Going to the dentist has never been a great experience for me but that all changed when I came to these amazing people. I had the best cleaning I’ve ever had, the hygienist was so professional and gentle, I barely felt a thing. The entire experience was AMAZING! The staff is great also & very friendly. I recommend this place a million times over.
