I m traveling from Toronto for over 10 years to get treatments such as implants, gum surgery, root canals by Dr. Kaplan and will continue and recommend to all.

I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan for over 20 years. He is not just a consummate professional, but a warm and inviting man who does his best to take the pain out of dentistry. His staff is also excellent, particularly the dental hygienists (Hello, Tatiana!) I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough!

Don’t even bother to call! Called in two occasions. One time took my info and never called back. Called again and made me call 3 back because the person who made the appointments was in lunch. When finally got a hold of them they put me on hold in the middle of the conversation. If it’s like this before you are a patient a I can’t imagine once you’re there. Trust the bad reviews and RUN!

I’ve been seeing Dr Kaplan (& Tatiana) for 30 years. Very pleased! Expensive, yes, but great service.

Dr Kaplan, Tatiana (hygienist), Sharon (and everyone else, of course) are the absolute best!

I had my first cleaning and the entire process was so smooth and painless. I did not have to wait long even though it was my first appointment with the office. Overall great experience!

I am BEGGING you to please take your money elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. I had to get additional procedures back in SF because of Dr. Kaplan’s poor dental work (confirmed by another dentist). The payment/billing process was also super skeevey. I ended up paying way more than I should have, even with insurance.

Dr. Kaplan will not hesitate to make rude off-handed remarks. So not only do you get bad service but you’re also treated with disrespect. Please stay clear.

I’ve been seeing Dr Kaplan for more than 20 years. Dr. Kaplan is the best. Best bedside manner. Reassuring. Takes great care of my teeth. I can recommend Dr Kaplan and his staff warmly.

Dr. Kaplan and his staff were absolutely wonderful. The examination and consultation were thorough and highly professional. I felt I was in the hands of someone who actually cared about the condition of my gums. He was a second opinion because the first doctor I visited told me I needed a great deal of work, and the cost was prohibitive. Dr Kaplan took the time to explain the state of my gums, that they were fine (the first doctor I went to told me the opposite) and that all I needed was a deep cleaning. Aside from feeling relieved I also feel as though my faith has been restored.

Dr. Kaplan is a great dentist. He is very nice, thorough, and explains everything. His staff is also very competent and lovely!

I hate dental cleanings (who doesn’t?) so I can’t give 5 stars no how no way. However my teeth look and feel great after the torturous cleaning and I’ve been coming to Dr K for almost 3 years and my teeth are in great shape thanks to him.

The lady at the front desk is the most rudest disgusting unprofessional person I’ve ever encounter! She has no patience for some one trying to get information and once she felt frustrated she told me “ well you should go somewhere else “ i asked her why was she being so rude and she straight up hung up the phone on me. Don’t know how the doctor is but just by this nasty lady i would not recommend anyone to go to this office!

The cleaning in this clinic didn’t make sense, as the tartar between my teeth wasn’t removed. I’m disappointed.

I was referred to Dr. Kaplan by my primary dentist for a complicated procedure, and I am more than pleased to report a perfect outcome. My dentist was thrilled as well. The procedure required an exceptional level of skill paired with the eye of an artist and, in all regards, Dr. Kaplan hit the mark. Further, Dr. Kaplan allayed my anxiety with his confident and charming style. He was even generous enough to come in on his day off when I needed immediate attention. I would absolutely use Dr. Kaplan again and will refer family and friends into his excellent care. Secondly, but important as well, is that his support staff/team were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were super competent.
