This was very Intimate setting. Me and my boyfriend came (found it on maps) and loved it! We had Linky as our waiter who was amazing as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Exceptional service … Amel our waitress was great. It the perfect for atmosphere for having a great low key vibe.

Had an amazing experience at Karizma! Our server Amal is exceptional and provided the most attentive service I’ve experienced at a hookah lounge in the city! Definitely a most go if ur looking for great service and good hookah!

He was amazing and Linky always made sure we were all set making our night the most exotic night we had in so long - clauden and Savannah - we thank you!

Amazing service, great food and drinks. Don't let the music discourage you! They will let you play a kid of music or you can ask for a station. The spot is huge when you enter. The outside does not do it justice! And the people, ambience and vibes were great. Linky was our server and he was amazing!

Amal is the best. She’s so beautiful and sweet. Every time I come she greets me right away and make sure my needs are accommodated. I love her. Always coming back because of the customer service.

This place has a ton of history

So wild many people skip over this place until they actually come!

I didn’t have food but I can say the drinks, hookah and music was on point. They tried to have my party of 5 do bottle service for like $450 on a Friday night when 1 person doesn’t drink alcohol. It ended up working out in the end but hearing that we almost had to pay that much was wild. It’s a lounge, not a club.

Music was dope isn’t too packed recommended if u just looking for a place to just be chill and listen to music drinks was great perfect amount of alcohol

Ambience and furnishings are super cool and appropriate! There's a real atmosphere. Food and shisha are also very good!

As soon as we walked in we were denied service. He stated that if we broke our group up into 2 tables we were not allowed to talk to each other. As you can see, it was completely empty besides a women and her DOG sitting at the bar. He then decides to talk about my group with the lady at the bar. He never tried to make accommodations or made us feel welcome. His attitude was disgusting. He should not be working here because it’s clear he only wants to cater to a specific group of people and we didn’t fit in with the ONE LADY AND HER DOG. FIRE HIM! He’s losing money!

The shisha at this place is top notch. Make sure that you get the love 66 flavour. The staff were friendly and respectful and our bartender karim was very welcoming and helpful to make sure we had the best experience. Before coming, be mindful, you will be charged an 18% gratuity charge on your order regardless of what you order. Overall, prices are reasonable for nyc and I would recommend this place to people visiting.

DO NOT GO HERE. Very run-down place
with extremely poor service. Food was mediocre at best. Hookah tasted burnt. Our round of drinks took 20 mins to arrive & were served to us just minutes before closing so we were pushed out by staff members before we could even finish our drinks. Staff members started to get very offensive and rude with our group of four. When we expressed that we had hoped to be able to finish our drinks and wait for
our Uber (that was five minutes away) in a warm
place away from the freezing temperatures, we were
threatened and told not to come back, as if we
would voluntarily return anyway…This place is just
not good. Please do not waste your money here!
Listen to the poor reviews - they are legitimate.
There are so many other places you can go instead
of this dump, where your patronage is actually valued.
