At first they sound very truthful and trustful to realize they are professional on both fixing cars and lying.

I learned my lesson.
Hope you learn yours.

They changed turbo, water pump and steering pump to find out later that it was not necessary to do so, and it didn't fix my issues but that the leaks came from other hoses that were super easy fix.
I'm ok because warranty paid for all, if not that they would drain my pockets.
Second time I went they said the steering column need to be replaced, $2800, this time I realized it, went to somebody else and fixed my occasionally rubbing sound spraying the steering pivot ring inside the car, for free and tipped that guy $10

Just not the right place to get what's wrong with the car.
Why 2 stars and not 1? Well I appreciated their customer service experience, they were nice and respectful.

Dropped off Encore for service Again!
Loaner was ready and paperwork was done fast so I could get to work

This updated review is a complete 180 from the original. This dealership has done so much for me in order to get me the latest edition of the car I want down to reasonable monthly payments I was comfortable with. The employees ended up being helpful, empathetic, and informative with regard to the original issue and I couldn’t have had a better overall experience given the circumstances. I would, without a doubt, recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease. They have been as transparent as can be for a car dealership and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Karp at one point was a great dealership. Years ago when I purchase my first Volvo they were competitive and worked with you. I do not know what happened to this family run dealership since 2012. A lot of new faces and with that a lot more problems. Whether you're dealing with the Volvo Kia or Buick karp dealership it doesn't matter. And their service department Forget About It the worst in the industry! I have a great reputation as a reviewer and would certainly not Ruin that by giving such a low rating. However, this dealership has gone from pretty good to disasterous especially over the last few years. I am hoping this family-run dealership can turn it around. I will be purchasing my next Volvo or Buick somewhere else.

Terrible! Nightmare! David Karp made an already horrific experience even worse! We have reported them to the BBB and Attorney General.

We had a wonderful car-leasing experience at Karp. We enjoyed working with Tony and Frankie. We love our new Encore and will definitely recommend our friends at Karp Buick. All the salespeople we met were so kind, friendly and helpful. The lease on our other car is up in a year and we’ll be back at Karp again! Thanks so much!

Karp Buick is such a nice dealership and they really have such a well managed service and parts dpt. Sergio and John run a great service and parts dpt. Dom in the shop is also a very knowledgeable tech.

I purchased the package i believe its c, the one that included all the services when you hit 45k miles which included the roters replaced last feb. When i took the car back for the brake paddle squeak issue the secound time they inform me my rotor are worped. I honestly don't think they did anything but took my 600 bucks and claim they service and change part. How is it possible the rotors are whorped if they were just changed. Im going to give them one last chance. Then im just going to change to the service dept in Manhattan.

They have the best customer service at their kia service center. I drive PAST the one in queens next to me and come to this one just for the comfort and the customer service, no joke.

Great experience, from purchase to delivery to service. I have purchased 6 or 7 Buicks from Karp, always used the same sales person and always got the best service and price, without shopping around wasting my time and gas.

I recommend Karp Buick to anyone looking for an excellent new car, and I also recommend Craig Graber as one of the best, if not the best, salesperson I have ever dealt with in some 45 years of purchasing or leasing cars.

I liked the way I was treated at Karp Buick by Craig Graber. He really listened to what I wanted in my car and delivered it at a good price. He made the process easy and I would easily advise anyone I know to go there and deal with him, as I will when my lease is up.

I came in with a problem with my radio signal and was told that it is my stations and not the radio. I have owned many buicks and have always listened to the same stations. I never experienced this with my other cars. The gentleman at the service counter told me he would contact me for further investigation and I never heard back from the dealership. This was my third purchase from Karp and was disappointed by the treatment I received.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership! Craig Graber was extremely helpful, & passionate about cars and he gave me a great deal! The whole process was smooth, and comfortable. I purchased a 2014 Buick Verano and it looks great!

The car I leased was my first lease ever, great place, no gimmicks, or nonsense, Tony Barone, Rick, and Carolyn are fantastic. Would buy/lease more vehicles from them.

Had to get a new car ASAP because my car was totaled, and the sales staff gave me quick, courteous service.no hard sell tactics, no pressure and didn't try to get over on me. Sam and Lenny were fantastic, a pleasure to do business with! The end result ; I got a beautiful new car, FAST! Definitely go to Karp, you won't be disappointed!:)
