I had a terrible experience with this provider and cannot emphasize enough that I do no recommend going here.

Dr. Karpov has corrected years of misdiagnosis and given me a smile I never had, and all just in time for my wedding! I cannot thank her and her team enough for making me not ashamed to smile anymore!

Great clean facility with modern equipment and technological approach. Almost no wait times usually and the staff is very friendly and always professional.

Dr. Maria Karpov is truly the best orthodontist in New York City! Only her I could trust to perform jaw expansion and crazy procedures. I’m almost done with my treatment but I’m confident that she and her team will take care of me till the end of my treatment. My husband had a bad experience with another doctor and wasted 5 years of his life. Now he’s also being treated by Dr Karpov and I wish we found her sooner! Highly recommended!

Our daughter had a palate expander, lip bumper and now wears a retainer per Dr. Karpov's recommendation. Everything has gone exactly as she recommended. She is a great orthodontist, very accommodating and we've also had very good experiences with her staff. Our son is now seeing her and I have all confidence that things will go smoothly for him as well!

Both of my daughters and I are treated wonderful every signal visit, over the past 3 years. Dr. Karpov and her AMAZING staff, from the receptionists to the TECHS are absolutely the best. The whole team made our journey supper comfortable and smooth every appt.

Had an AMAZING experience with braces and Dr. Karpov over this last year. She pulled off a feat of moving my bottom molar that my dentist said was nearly impossible. She is incredibly professional, meticulous, and really nice. Would recommend her to children and adults. Their office is also super clean and nice and COVID safe. So grateful to have found Dr Karpov! She saved me thousands of dollars in teeth extraction/implants.

At first introducing my son to the idea of braces was a battle, but once he began treatment he now looks forward to his visits. This says a lot. It is clear that the most up-to-date tools and procedures are in use- completely unlike the rather primitive orthodontic work I endured as a teen. The office is modern in the best sense and arrayed with the amazing drawings, paintings and prints of artist Darina Karpov, Dr. Karpov's sister. Always a treat to see.
